Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

For two days, there was very loud music and a lot of noise, probably due to Holi celebrations. It seemed like a temporary situation, but it was quite noticeable. Also, the hot water didn’t work properly. It wasn’t a big issue because of the warm temperatures in India, but I do enjoy hot showers.
The room was very spacious, which made the stay even more comfortable. It had two fans, providing great ventilation and a pleasant atmosphere. The bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Overall, a great place to stay!

Bathroom facilities: Door was not closing properly. Main door key was difficult to operate. If they could make it automatic or provide smooth locks, it would be better. Location was good. There was one more hotel with the name Mukund and got confused. Google map location went to the back side road of hotel which need to be corrected and set right.
Room was neat and tidy. Location was reachable and accessible other than misdirected by Google map. Facilities were also good and is value for money. Staff behaviour was also quite nice. Hazzle free check in.

Stinky room
Room was not well maintained. Fans and lights were dusty. But staff was good. But please be more kind to provide extra blankets...the winter there is bones shivering.

Doesn't have electric kettle to get warm water.Everytime we have to call waiter to give hot water.And no landline phone is there in any room and if you need anything you need to call them from your phone

Very less number of electrical points for charging, mobiles, laptop etc. Bathroom size is good but no exhaust fan.

The indications of the position on booking and on google should be more precise and unambiguous in our opinion. The staff have to find the right way to be clear about the position for those who arrive in the city for the first time. Even the tuktuk drivers were not able to find it. And it is crazy, cause the hotel is huge and on a main road.
The structure is a large resort with several buildings, each with a green area in front of it (I think the suffix "garden" comes from this; for us it was very convenient for hanging out the laundry, which is always very useful! ..but beware of the monkeys). Important premise: if interested, specifically ask to stay in the building that has hot water, because the first -the one with the guardhouse/main reception- does not have hot water (the one immediately behind, let's say the second, does, and we choose that one). Don't esitate to ask: the staff is very attentive and kind, and although they don't speak English perfectly, they have always been available: for example, we arrived reeeeeally early in the morning and were very tired from a nightbus trip, and as there was no room with hot water available in that moment, they gave us the opportunity to rest by giving us the keys of another room, where we slept for a few hours, and then moved to ours when it was ready!! A very rare kindness. Another example: the guys who clean the rooms (upon request), or bring breakfast (there isn't a dining room, breakfast is brought to your room; nothing special, there's a small menu with options typically Indian, but everything was good, and even when we asked for something different - a western black tea, therefore without salt! - they managed to satisfy us) they are very smiling and kind, and the atmosphere is always carefree and pleasant. In general, even if communication in English is not always possible, we always understand each other and have a laugh together.

Everything needs to be improve as per price charging for the room and even breakfast too. Just can be stay enough well but not can expect anything more.

Utility water is extremely hard, it could not be used for brushing, hair & face wash. There was too much of power cut we could hardly use the AC. Room had lots of flies & masquitoes but the staff was supportive in providing necessary aid
Hotel is at very good location close to railway station. Room is very big. Washroom was clean.
