Perfect bit of peace and quiet just outside of Shimla. Hospitality was superb, we were very well looked after! Communication was also brilliant. Lovely food and lovely views!

Great location humble and professional owner, service is best. Spacious rooms and clean washrooms, internet speed is very fast and uninterrupted which is great to do your office work at home. Food is very very tasty and freshly made and very hygenic which made our stay much better. The services which they provide at such low cost is really recommendable as all other hotels in Shimla charge a huge amount in peak season speacially during summers.

The property is 12 KM away from the city centre. But if you want a peaceful stay this is the best place.

Enjoyed three days here with my family. The staff were good. The owner of the property really helped us to plan the trip and arranged the taxis. He is very polite and a good person. It is slightly off road around 100-200 meter from main road. So ,If you are going in taxi or chauffer driven car than no issue. if you are calm and careful driver then also no problem. If you need help in covering last 100-200 meter, Hotel staff will help you.

Very peaceful surrounding , away from Crowded places. You can go for tracking also. Staff was very polite and always ready to help customers. Very nice view of valley from Terrace. you can enjoy morning/ evening tea on terrace.

Nothing at all. The only time we were a little uncomfortable was when we needed to shower because it was a little cold. But, Shatam was brilliant even then because he offered us a heater for our rooms, he supplied cosy blankets, and the geezer heated up the water within half an hour.

Shatams hospitality was absolutely phenomenol! Right from the start he was thinking about our comfort! He made sure the man who picked us up from the train station (Gaurav, who is also lovely if you get to meet him!) spoke English and stayed with us for all our travel/taxi needs throughout the trip. He welcomed us when we arrived, he explained everything perfectly. My Mum and I were a bit ill and he went to the shop to get us some honey and lemon. He is just a wonderful and very helpful host! The b and b itself is in a wonderful relaxing location within a 10 minute walk to some local shops where you can pick up eggs, bread, milk etc. You can easily get a taxi into shimla (takes about 25 mins). The view from our apartment (we stayed in one of the two room apartments which has its own kitchen and living room) and from the terrace was beautiful. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a kettle, fridge and induction hob for our convenience. For the price, this was just incredible!!

Lovely experience at Mountain and peace Shimla. The rooms are well maintained. The hotel overlooks the majestic and serene valley which is breathtaking to look especially during sunset. Shantam and his staff is very quick in assisting to all of your queries. Food is cost effective and is very fresh and tasty.We will recommend it as it is best value for money as per price point

Everything was just perfect, so there is nothing I did not like but I would say that people without their own convenience for traveling will find it difficult to stay there as it is roughly at 7-8 km distance from Mall road. So book this homestay if u have your own car or bike to travel.

I stayed in a single room without an attached balcony. Brilliant sunset views from the common terrace facility at the property, with ample sunshine, and a nice collection of local plantations to relax through the day. The owners were very helpful in meeting day to day needs as well as guided well for the day trips/places to visit and taxi booking. They could be called any time of the day, so that you do not feel a stranger in the city. The rooms are moderately luxurious, but it is a good place to stay at very reasonable price if you are looking for some peaceful time. The food and overall facilities were also clean and hygienic.
