I had a wonderful stay at Moonbasa Hotel in Kochi. The staff were extremely cooperative and went out of their way to assist us throughout our stay. Special thanks to Deepa and Mawii for their exceptional hospitality and warm service. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was excellent, and everything was well taken care of. I truly appreciate their efforts and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kochi

Every aspect of this gem is at top notch be it comfort, cleanliness, facilities, service, room rates. Reception staff Ms.Mouui was so welcoming and helpful. Not to forget the housekeeping staff who does an amazing job. Looking forward to the opening of a cafe/restaurant within the premises.

The location is a bit congested, which was not to my liking, but the overall service and comfort easily made up for it

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Moonbasa, . The hospitality is top-notch—better than many other star hotels in the city. The lobby, corridors, lift, and reception were spotless and well-maintained. My room was perfect: clean linens, comfortable and high quality mattress, pillows, and a spotless washroom with premium branded fittings. The room also had smart lighting, automatic curtains, a big smart TV, and high-speed internet. I was welcomed with a drink, fruit platter, and snacks. For the price, this hotel offers unbeatable value with true star-class facilities. Highly recommended—don’t think twice!

We , a family of three had a pleasant stay @ Moon Basa Botique Hotel amid the city’s hustle . All the amenities were top notch … staffs were friendly, all lady crew doing a wonderful job. The rooms, washrooms are thoughtfully designed with required automations. Throughout our stay we could experience the soft relaxing music & a very pleasant aroma all through the place. The owners themselves were overlooking into everything for making our stay a comfortable one. The services they provide are far ahead of what they charge. Kudos & Good luck team.

I loved that the place was located in a silent part of the city. It took me just 20 - 25 mins to reach city center during rush hour. The room was cleaned daily. The facilities were modern and great to use. We stayed here for more than a week, and we had a comfortable stay. Food delivers here within 15 minutes. The Tv was modern, fast and big, although it lacked live channels it was pleasant to use. The spa is great and family friendly, my mother had a great time. The staff was always around to help and had great attitude. Only room for improvement would be a slightly faster WiFi. It was a little slow for my taste, but that is an easy fix. I had a great time overall and could recommend this place enough.

New Property. Well Managed,spacious rooms which are fully automated with large 55 inch TV ,fridge. Super clean,friendly and helpful staff. Owner is a very nice person who knows his way around handling his customers. Food can be ordered through swiggy/zomato,it will be collected by staff at reception and will be provided to your room in a tray with plate and utensils. Highly recommended

My recent stay at the Moonbasa Boutique Hotel and Spa was a surprisingly refreshing experience, especially for someone like myself who frequently encounters breathing difficulties and nasal congestion in other hotels. Unlike those stays, I enjoyed incredibly deep and restful sleep, breathing in noticeably fresh air. Intrigued, I inquired about this, and was informed that select rooms are equipped with an "ironier part" in the air conditioning system, which actively purifies the oxygen after a period of usage. This feature truly made a difference in my comfort and sleep quality. Beyond the air quality, the hospitality was exceptional, and I appreciated the 20% discount on the spa treatments. My room was also fully automated, adding to the overall convenience and enjoyment of the stay. For anyone seeking a tranquil and health-conscious hotel experience, I highly recommend considering the Moonbasa Boutique Hotel and Spa.
