How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Spacious, and cleanliness. Amba temple is approximately 4km and have option of auto. Hotel Sabari is 150 meters and have vegetarian options.

All was well. Except that one the washroom didn't have geyser connection on that date.
Stay was comfortable for family of 7. Would recommend anyone visiting kolhapur Lot of restaurants near this place. Clam and peacful.

Absolutely nothing!
Beautiful, comfortable, & clean. Everything is well thought of in designing this place. The outdoor seating areas are a plus. We wish we had more time to enjoy the place fully. I will definitely come back.

It was an amazing experience staying at Mirje deck! Very big house with elegant interior. Well maintained and clean. Nice garden terrace and sit out balcony. Good vibes. Aunty is very welcoming. They have a nice Labrador dog named baboo. It’s a very peaceful area and very nearby to main road. This has to be your choice to stay when you are in Kolhapur and it’s very nearby to Dehati as well, even Mahalaxmi temple is not far. You can a catch rickshaw to Mahalaxmi temple as the area nearby is crowded. Car parking is outside the bungalow but it’s pretty safe!

Aesthetic house with serene sorroundings. Rich taste of design in each item in the house. Two decks you can sit all day :-). Spacious rooms and well though of amenities. Lovely Adobe. Did I say books.

Could not find anything to mention here. No complaints
Its located right in the centre and most of the restaurants, shopping areas within drivable distance from the place. The place is well organized and laid out to take care and have a comfortable stay. Its kept clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. good place to spend time with family and friends.

Everything is exceptionally well managed. The location is also very good. The owner is staying at the ground floor hence it is well maintained. We felt like staying at our own house though we were there only for a night stay. Highly recommended and we definitely revisit this place on our next trip to Kolhapur.

Everything was beyond our expectations. Property owner are very humble & supportive. Caretaker person Sandeep is very helpful. Cleanliness was amazing. Our stay was nothing less than a five star stay.

The only very minor flaw was that there was only 2 bathrooms for a 3 bhk apt. that we booked.
Great host , amazing place & helpful caretaker . all in all had a great stay. Home away from home 👍✨

The accommodation does not have any facilities for a driver to use. So it will be challenging if you have a car with. Driver.
The property is in a quiet area just off the highway and about 15 minutes from the city center. Very well maintained and can comfortably accommodate large group. The owner stays below and is ready to help at any time. Good restaurants and shops at walking distance.
