Theu gave me 3rd floor room which didnt even have lift. Carrying a small baby is quite difficult so i asked to change my room to ground level and for that they charged me 3k just to upgrade a room.

The breakfast was really not up to the mark. The in room dining food quality was good but the breakfast couldn't match it. Fewer options, stale juice, no non-veg option other than eggs.

The resort was well maintained. staff is courteous and service is prompt. In room dining was good. The resort didn't allow noise late at night and in spite of having a fully booked weekend, we could enjoy some peace.

The pillows had no jaan House keeping forgot to clean the top of the toilet seat The veg kadai dish was extra spicy Many hotels have this issue - it's hot under the thick Razai and cold when it's removed.

Overall, the resort was lovely and quiet with great staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Both restaurant and hotel staff made efforts to really help guests. They even arranged a local rickshaw driver who could take me to Lions Point and Karla Caves

Room sizes are compact. Bed and head wall has a gap which is not safe. Wifi will not work properly many times also they off it after 11 pm.

1st day breakfast was good with great options, however on 2nd day - we saw insects in IDLI and dead mosquito as well. breakfast options needs to be made more available and all foods should have closed lid to avoid any insects falling into it.

Great place to stay for short vacation. Staff were polite and helpful as well and all requirements were met. Since we visited on Diwali, hotel was beautifully decorated and diwali sweets were also give to all guests.

Amazing stay. Had a wonderful time. The game room was the added bonus with a pool table which made the stay so much fun and the swimming pool was clean. The food was above average and the rooms are very cozy.

The restaurant gets too many mosquitoes,moths and dragon flies. Please install transparent glass cover and doors on the entrance cover of restaurant and make it air conditioned area. This will help customers to eat meals at all times of day and night.Also, eat comfortably instead of ordering food in the room. Be strict with customers while swimming since they were swimming without caps and open hair which is not hygienic and all hair was falling in water. Expand the size of the property so that there is more space for recreational activities like walking in the morning and evening in the garden area. Badminton playing in the garden area.

I liked the room size, cleanliness of the room, the frames area for kids which was neat and clean. Restaurant food was tasty and clean.
