IndiaThe price feels a little high compared to similar nearby options, and there’s no TV in the room for leisure time. Also, since autos are not allowed up to the property, you’ll need to walk around 500 meters from the nearest drop-off point.
The hotel location is a bit interior but near the temple and Agni Tirtham beach. The room and bathroom were clean, with the bathroom size being comfortable. Mr. Julians, the host, was very kind—he allowed us to check in an hour early and even helped arrange a vehicle to catch our early morning train for departure.

Julian was exceptionally helpful and kind during my 3-day / 2-night stay. The guest house is located within a five-minute walk from the main temple and about the same from Agni Theertham; yet the guest house is on a side street, so it is fairly quiet. The guest house has a total of two rooms; I stayed in the one at the end of the hall. It had one window, but I used the AC half the time I was in the room. I slept very well each night and during a nap each afternoon (except one afternoon I was awoken by music). Wifi, towels, soap, and toothbrush/paste were provided. Julian stays a short distance away; he arrived within ten minutes when I requested assistance; he responded quickly to text messages and was available by phone. Sri Murugan Mess (Julian's recommendation) is a three-minute walk; I enjoyed hygienic, tasty, spicy, and reasonably priced meals there. Cash and UPI accepted for payment are Mayura Inn. I would be happy to return here.

It was a homestay with 2 guest rooms. No reception, no hotel feels but it wasn't an issue at all. It was quite spacious and very near to the North Gate of Temple. Very convenient location. The staff was so helpful and accommodative, we reached at midnight and they had one person waiting for us to check in. The owners were very sweet. We checked out In the morning for Darshan and site seeing and they kept our luggage in their store room and let us use the washroom to freshen up and water despenser till evening as we had a night train back.

IndiaCharges for early check-in, They don't have a hotel name board or signage board near the hotel. Looks like only 2 rooms available for booking. They don't provide you basic things like towel, soap, paste/brush etc.
The room was clean, and they had a power backup as well for light and fans excluding AC.. Drinking water was provided.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and askful for everything you need (late check-in, late check-out, sightseeing, etc.). The AC is new and works perfectly, the fan as well (very silent!). The bathroom is big and clean (even it if could be a little bit cleaner :)). The room is spacious and very clean!! The location is PERFECT!!
