How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Although the bedding smelled clean, the sheet was badly stained and this was quite off putting.
Despite our arrival at 4am, the chap who booked us in was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. He took our breakfast order, which arrived on time after we’d had a sleep. Plenty of bottled water, towels etc. It looks exactly like the photos and is not far from the airport though we needed a taxi to get there as it’s not walkable at night.

No room keys provided during our stay so room was not possible to lock. Also the exterior walls has a glass window and not protected properly for gust privacy. It maters a lot. Also though the property was advertised as airport launch, looks it has no connection with CIAL and it's as good as any other private property nearby.
Cleanliness. Easy to access. If property can take care of gusts privacy, it should have been excellent.

We really had an amazing experience at Mayflower. We booked an apartment for 4 adults and one infant..The apartment was spacious and very neat and clean. It's a budget friendly apartment.Refrigerator, kettle and complimentary breakfast was also there. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend this place.

Comfortable and relaxed stay at the platinum lounge. During a recent layover, I had the chance to relax at the platinum Lounge near Kochi airport, and it turned out to be a truly pleasant and refreshing experience. From check-in to checkout, everything was smooth and well-managed. The lounge was clean and tidy.The ambient lighting and quiet atmosphere made it easy to relax. I was particularly impressed by the room amenities. Each private resting suite came equipped with a hair dryer, a kettle, and a selection of teas and coffee sachets – perfect for a quick refresh. Hot water was available 24/7, which was great for making a late-night cup of tea or freshening up. The inclusion of these thoughtful touches made the stay feel more like a boutique hotel than a typical airport lounge. In terms of dining, Even better, the lounge provided a food ordering menu accessible with freshly prepared meals delivered directly to your seat or room. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, and there were plenty of charging ports available. The showers were clean and well-stocked with towels and toiletries – perfect for a mid-journey refresh. Overall, the Platinum Lounge exceeded my expectations with its thoughtful amenities, comfortable environment, and attentive service. I’d definitely choose it again for a long layover or even just a few hours of peace between flights.

This was our second time at Mayflower Airport Lounge. The place is neat and clean and has all amenities required. Very near to the airport makes the place ideal for a quick travel.

there is a suggestion has given that no wake up alarm is there , so we had tensed about wake up ... so not slept ( if a wake up call confirmed then it was good )
