Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. AustraliaThe morning breakfast service and some of the food items can be done better. Need more staff to handle the morning breakfast rush, as the guest are left alone wondering where to sit. Instead the staff should take the guest to their table, and attend them. In my few days stay during the breakfast, no one approached asking if you need any beverage or anything from the live kitchen. So there is a plenty of scope to improve, if you listen to all the feedback on your breakfast service from other guests too.

Location was good, near Manipal Hospital and easily reachable from Indiranagar. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and willing to help any time. Room was very clean with soft/comfortable mattress and the bed-sheets were spotlessly clean. Clean bathroom with full set of toiletries and soft clean towels. We did not use the swimming pool, but we could see from our window that it is very neat and well maintained. Also we did not have breakfast so could not comment on that. But we had used the restaurant in the evening and the food served was delicious. They have a private seating area, suitable for small gatherings, located on the ground floor near the restaurant. It is suitable for more intimate conversations and social interactions within the restaurant's environment. Though the hotel was bit expensive (perhaps because we did a last minute booking), we enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend it.

IndiaThere is a step as you enter the breakfast area - definitely, many would have tripped. the glass floor in the breakfast area is a bit unnerving. the font in the numbering of the rooms is very confusing. it can be plain and simple.
staff were very responsive to our every need. We requested a takeaway breakfast package at 6 am, which was promptly provided. the complimentary evening tea and snacks were very much appreciated.

Good location. Front desk staff Mr. Rajesh and Ms. Saheli were very welcoming and courteous from the time we checked in till check out. The travel desk did a wonderful job by making prompt travel arrangements without the need to follow up. The transport vehicle was clean. The rooms big enough for a family of 4 adults, though you will need extra bedding. Room was clean and had all the. amenities such as a mini fridge, television, kettle for tea along with wide variety of tea. and sugar sachets. The washroom was big and clean. The breakfast buffet spread was fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed it. There is a spa and bar facility too available, though due to the short stay, did not avail these services. On the whole a pleasant stay.

They are thinking that they are doing a favour to me by allowing me to do early checkin .. they charged 100% rent for the early checkin, I was prepared for it and since last 31 years I am spending 90% of my life in hotels only ( from East to West) The management should replace the arrogant staffs with those who has the real hospitality behaviour. As they are charging €80~90 per night at least we deserve a humble good morning and a smiling face …
