IndiaCleanliness of the swimming pool not good. Staffs attitude not really feel good no standard or class. Not allowed to use the pool on even pool timing ànd saying under chemical treatment (9.00 am)kids were really disappointed and left the room earlier. Inclusive breakfast just idly,dosa,tea - not even a fried egg/refused room service as it's complimentary.

The balcony was perfect for enjoying morning coffee while listening to the waves. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. IndiaToilet full of leak,no restaurant for dine in,there is no morning tea facility,breakfast getting after 9.30 Am yesterday they arranged the breakfast far away from the kitchen,all the guest wear waiting for food for long time like in a refugee camp. They charged Rs 1000/= than what you agreed. Swimming pool was not highgeenic. If possible return the money what they charged extra. I am a frequent customer of Booking. Come.

United StatesOur taxi driver from Alleppey and the hotel chef were in co-hoots. The taxi driver quoted us a price about 809 rupees higher than the Booking.com website. I booked on line at the lower price. The chef misrepresented info regarding ice cubes (for the last two doubles of Single Malt Scotch I had with me) and the hotel rate when paying directly to the hotel NOT using the Booking.com website. No ice cubes actually were available. We stay four nights — two with Booking.com and two with a discounted extension.
Location. Our porch and sitting room window had views of the beach. Swimming pool was average — only 4 feet deep shallow end, 4 feet 6 inches in the deep end. Kovalam is a good location to take a day trip to Kanyakumari. Good seafood is plentiful.
