The room was a little small, I would say too small for a couple.

The location was brilliant. Very close to restaurants etc. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. Everything was in place for a short stay. Regret not asking for air con at the start.

Maison Casero homestay surpassed all expectations. The host family is super welcoming and helpful. Returning home from lunch I was pleasantly surprised to be introduced to a reporter from Malayala Manorama newspaper for an interview about my special journey. 2 days later I was printed in the paper, so much fun, all through my host’s efforts. Room has a lot of natural light and homely feel. Just enough parking for my bike. Pillows were fantastic. Great location. WiFi works well in room. Filtered water available.

Priya was an amazing host, really kind and helpful. We would have stayed for another night if we could. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is an amazing balcony where you can chill and enjoy the views. Regards from 🇪🇸🇵🇱

We didn't realize that it will be crazy hot and humid under that fan. We really regretted not choosing an Air Conditioned room elsewhere. Also, there was a dog in the house on the opposite side which kept on barking for hours.

Location was great. Hosts are friendly but we didn't get time to interact much. The property is close to everything tat you wanna see and explore in the area. Food joints are within walking distance of few minutes, even at 10-11 at night. Beach is 5 minutes away, Cathedral, cafe's are all nearby.
