The owner was very welcoming and nice! We were coming late in the night and he was so kind to wait for us and the next day in the morning he gave us a lift to the city. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, it was really good stay, highly recommend!

As the price was really cheap compared to other hotels, I was agree to pay more money than the price of Booking com. (Other hotels also needed extra to pay for Air Conditioner, for example ) But I didn't like the way he wrote the price of the receipt lower than the price I actually paid, And he didn't give me the change for it. There was no toilet paper in the bath room. You need to take Tuk Tuk to go to eat something.

The price of this guest house is really cheap accompanied with an air conditioner. The owner kindly took me to the restaurant in the centre of Fort Kochi with his motor cycle. Nice view from the rooftop which has a penthouse where you will stay.

Host Lloyd is a friendly person, who was always there for catering the guests' needs. Rooms were with good privacy and family-friendly.

We were disappointed when we arrived that the room details says that they have a refrigerator - which they don't. Also there was a mention of an kettle / coffee maker - which there isn't. The homestay included a breakfast but since we are vegan there wasn't anything he could arrange for us. Room is a really small and the hand wash sink is out doors.

Location was super. And the host is really friendly and helpful. Nice big bed.

Booking.com says breakfast is included with stay but it was not available but the hotel was walkable distance

We stayed in the homestay for a day.The owner Lloyd is very friendly and comfortable to talk to He made sure we reached his place as per the booking by guiding us the right route from Allepey to Fort kochi and made sure we reached safely. He himself showed the main tourist places in fort kochi and helped to plan the itenary . He helped to book the kathakali show tickets and showed us the place too. The room is neat and tidy and available with a fan and AC.

Rooms can be bigger

It was a nice homestay with a kind family. They let us cook breakfast in the kitchen. Lloyd helped us with the change of our room and made sure that we're comfortable. He arranged a Kathakali dance show for us. His wife, mother and daughter are super sweet people as well.

I had a fantastic time staying at this place with my family. Llyod was very welcoming and accommodating. He helped arrange all our requirements at any given time and gave us great recommendations as first-time tourists. He also provided us with many additional in-house facilities upon our request, as well as a delicious home-cooked breakfast. The room was comfortable, and we could access a lovely semi-open terrace right outside. Overall, we had a great time during our stay.

The location is a bit far from the city center but the owner took us for some grocery shopping or dropped us at the city area.

The owner was very kind and helpful. Their family was very nice. I really liked the coconut curry for breakfast too.

The mattress was very hard (but might be exchanged). It was quite a walk from Fort Kochi.

Some mismatch between what is written on the package and the property. Eg breakfast, balcony. Rooms in the 1St and 2nd floors were difficult for elderly people One room was less spacious esp the toilet was too small. Being with a small kid, non availability of geyser and quick cooking facility made things difficult, though the host tried to help from his home.

The host was courteous and kind.
