The fridge wasn’t cooling when we arrived and was only fixed 2 days after our stay. With the heat, we didn’t have cold water available while the fridge was out. And the air conditioning had a weird strong smell every time it was in use. The smell didn’t go away. Suggest the property owner to make sure everything is in proper working order before the guests check-in.

The apartment was in a nice complex with plenty of security guards. It was minutes walking from restaurants and cafes and overall the location was highly convenient. The apartment was clean and well maintained with basic amenities. And the neighborhood felt very safe.

There was no toaster, very few spoons and was asked to take service lift , no extra blankets

The only two things that need some attention are- There should be some mechanism to prevent water falling on the wooden plank after filling up a glass/cup. I had to ensure it is wiped thoroughly. The chopping board needs to be replaced as the wood has puffed up and splitting into two.

Location is top, I wanted something in the center of Mumbai not too far from the airport and close to the central and western suburbs to work during the day and explore/meet people during the evenings, there are several supermarkets, restaurants, in the vicinity, its a gated 'colony' with security round the clock, check in process was smooth, Eshaan helped me with an early check in as my flight was quite early in the morning, rooms were clean- Bharat the caretaker is a sweet guy who keeps the apartment spotless and is readily available for any support, the kitchen is well equipped, the interior of the apartment gives a very 'homely' vibe which was very much appreciated. I would've preferred an office chair in my apartment as I needed to work but I heard that some apartments do have it. The size of the apartment makes it truly worth it compared to staying in a hotel room. The bed was comfy, toilets were clean, it was indeed a wonderful stay. Powai is a nice chill place, the security personnel are warm and welcoming, all in all it was ideal and I would be definitely coming again the next time I am down in Mumbai.

The apartment is really nice especially for a one person. For two it’s okay as well. I appreciated the water purifier and cold water in the fridge. Air conditioner in every room. Nice window view. I felt safe and comfortable. The location is modern and there was the place where it was possible to walk. Much appreciated in India:)

This property is in a secure and spacious environment not far from lots of shops bars and restaurants. Easily walkable to facilities. Very natural surroundings with lots of plant life. The apartment has everything one needs. Bed was comfortable, Wi-Fi excellent . Everything spotlessly clean

I was shocked to see the state of the kitchen - all utensils unclean and dirty. Soiled kitchenware was kept inside the drawers. I spent an hour or two washing everything before I could actually start cooking. Even though the host sent the housekeeping staff to wash everything the next day, it pretty much ruined my cooking experience in the house. The kitchen lacked basic things like rags and kitchen surface cleaning liquid - kitchen tissues are too thin to clean platforms. Upon being asked for rags, they handed us a singular hand towel as they did not have anything else. The dustbin pedal was broken and needed to be replaced. Besides the kitchenware is quite bad, subpar cheap quality cooking spoons, spatula and ladle, not one of them does the job. Positioning of the water filter is very inconvenient - water spills out onto the platform every time you try to refill your bottle. It was super exhausting to repeatedly clean the platform. Overall, this kitchen is not suitable for a trip where you want to cook regularly. The furniture in the living room also seemed subpar to us, squeaky, flimsy and not durable at all. The bed was also quite shaky. Seems like a lot of cost cutting was done on the hosts' end, which is sad, given this place is quite expensive compared to the rest of the BnBs in Mumbai. Certain things like replenishments and replacement of dustbin bags aren't really provided unless you remind them. On the last day of our stay, we noticed the used towels were taken away but never replaced, and it was too late to inform them, as the helpers are gone by 4pm. Plug points are terrible with only one adapter provided in the house. Even our Indian chargers wouldn't enter the sockets without that one adapter. Was quite surprised that the host never bothered to follow-up with us to gather feedback or to check if the rest of our stay was okay. I had really high expectations from this place. Quite disappointed to say the least.
