United KingdomMany things. No iron or board in room. Had to request it. Electrics were faulty. An engineer came at 10.30pm to disconnect two wall lamps while guests asleep. The hotel finish isn't clean. Looking unfinished in many areas. The drinks I.e. tea and coffee, very cheap and minimal. No coffee tea machine as advertised. TV channels you have to pay for most of them, makes entertainment boring. Staff you have to call many times to get basic items like extra towel or mug, glasses. When towel arrived, it was damp, because it was taken out of the machine recently and folded and given. Staff admitted to this. We were given a smoking room on arrival. We didn't opt for this so could have missed out on a room as the hotel was full that day. Pillows too big and thick for restful sleep. Duvet not comfortable. Carpets in hallway very messy needing hoover. Breakfast advertised for 7am however not properly ready until 7.30am. Was served burned toast by staff. We had flight to catch so delay not appreciated. Toaster for guest use was faulty and dangerous. Breakfast not exciting and minimal and finally warmed and ready around 7.25pm. Sorry to complain, but it's very necessary to make improvements for money charged. Not a 4 star quality. 3 star experience instead. Manager on duty listened to complaints but offered only apologies, no compensation on room or help with covering transport to airport. Paid in full for crap experience. Better to stay elsewhere. Management need to understand what quality means and keep staff smiling and happy. I want to help you, so that you earn more respect, customers and revenue. Please take this feedback seriously. Front desk manager did call later after we left to apologise and to say they had a staff briefing that this doesn't happen again.
Gym is good. However no towels or water or camera for safety of users in case someone in trouble while using. Big window in the room. Rahul and front desk team quite helpful but apologetic for things. Tried to resolve issues. Hot water in shower is good. Nice room flooring.

United KingdomDecent clean hotel, however a scaffolding was in front of our window which was an eyesore. We had initial difficulties in contacting the customer services. No reply received for the contacts made through booking.com website or through emails as we wanted to find out the travel options from Jammu to Shimla. Staff were not equipped to provide tour suggestions. However, all staff were polite, and due to the difficulties with contacts we were provided with free breakfast offer during the stay, which was appreciated.

India1. Using a memory foam mattress against a spring mattress is strongly recommended. 2. And particularly the breakfast which included Indian Cuisines needs lot of improvement, the usual practice of diluting original taste should be curbed in order to maintain authenticity of Indian Food Culture. 3. Possibly some snacks and beverages should be included in the package as standard without hikes in rates.

IndiaRoom was not looks like 8000 worth. Floor was greezy and sticky. Wash basin was not drained properly. Because of that always water fill in basin and it dirty. They took more money than our booking amount showed in booking.com app. Everything is overpriced and overrated. Food is specially. Only free breakfast is useful there. All others are costly and not worth for that money. Also hair heater was not working in bathroom.
