Lovely home stay property near to Madikeri. Set in a stunning location with views over the hills we had a lovely relaxing time. The owner was always around for a chat and helped arrange any transport we needed. Food was superb, really good variations over the time we were there.

Mr. Himakar (owner) is a very helpful person. He guided us on how to explore Coorg and took care of all the small details. It's worth mentioning that the food was incredibly delicious, prepared in a home-cooked style

Really liked the property its very cute place as well as safe the host staff food everyone is so sweet. Will be visiting there again, very homely environment and the view from the property is also very beautiful.

Cordial and helpful nature of the Owner, manager and staff. We had faced some difficulties with our car and wanted an extention of stay during the busy season. The landlord helped a lot in this regard. The food was very homely and the small library kept the kids enagaged. The staff were prompt in help, be it for "untimely" snacks, tea/ coffee, taxi services or tour suggestions.

I found our stay very comfortable as the owner and staff were really helpful. Owner - Mr. Himkar personally meets and listen to any concern and feedback team can work upon. Very homely stay, kids friendly, homely food, that was amazing. You can have amazing valley view from terrace as well. Bathroom size for deluxe room was really huge. We enjoyed our stay and recommend others as well.

Certain aspects could be fine tuned. For instance - they could facilitate the guests with the availability of basic beverages like tea and coffee throughout the day. (As we could not avail tea at 6.45 pm owing to the kitchen busy preparing dinner). (Even though the ready mix sachets are available in the room not all prefer that). Secondly, it would be great if guests are given preference on the breakfast. Although I have no complaints about the taste and quality.

Everything from the location to the owners welcome as we signed in. The location is fabulous in the lap of the nature with great views of the valley and sunset.

Too far from the main town and spots

Me and my wife visited during New year . It was a beautiful and peaceful place . The food was great as well

Can't think of any negatives, but if I could recommend, maybe a mini fridge in the room. Food was also quite good, but could potentially have an option for local cuisine as well, for travellers who are curious to try.

The staffs are very friendly. And in particular the owner Mr. Himakar is really a good host. I can say one has to be fortunate to have such host. The property is really beautiful and well planned with scenic views from the balcony and the terrace. The food was really good and no less than home food. I would love to stay there when I will be visiting Coorg in the future.

Outdoor lighting poor, Hot water geyser slow, No fridge in the room as Coorg is known for also chocolates and all purchased melted into blocks.

Staff very friendly and accomodative. Had breakfast and dinner throughout my stay - was always satisfied - nothing to complain of.

Location is 10/10 as far as scenic views, weather etc is concerned but it has its cons - its a good 9-10 KM away from city or any shop nearby, so ensure you have all the essentials once you are back in the evening.
