Toilets can be better. Flush tank, though operational, was broken. Plastic worn out and looked dirty. Wi-Fi is non existent in one bedroom on top floor.

Beautiful location and surroundings. Amazing place. Outdoor seating area was fab with life-size green views of virgin vegetation in front of us. While the insides is full of beautiful old time furniture and is well decorated. Food prepared by the caretakers was homely and awesome.

The property requires maintenance and upkeep. Several lights are not working, the WiFi doesn't function in the second bedroom, the bathroom needs attention, and the doors need repairs. Additionally, the exposed asbestos roof in the bedroom detracts from the upscale feel of the property.

It has a distinctly vintage vibe, nestled amidst lush greenery that adds to its timeless charm.

The bedrooms were not comparable to each other, one had very weak WIFI signal and the mattress was noticeably thinner than the other bed so less comfortable. But that is the only thing I can say that could be improved as the cottage was a really peaceful, beautiful place to stay

The cottage is lovely with a beautiful garden and patio area and very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed listening to the birds in the trees. The bedrooms are large and each with a seating area, the AC is good and also there were mosquito plug ins in the bedrooms and the lounge. The host supplied tissues and toilet paper. the shower had good pressure. The staff offered food and we had the veg thali evening meal which was delicious and a good portion size, staff were very helpful with questions and arranging auto rickshaws for sight seeing. There is a little local shop within just 10 minutes walking and the kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, plates etc.

Lush green surroundings. Away from the hussel bussel. Calm and quiet place. In fact it's not suitable for senior citizens and I and my wife are seniors. Caretaker Mr Chandrakant kadam were very helpful and made very tasty food. They make very good Tea. Thanks

There is a taxi mafia that works in that area. You cannot rent a vehicle from Mumbai to this place and expect to keep it there. Also no easy availability of taxis or rickshaws in the area. We had a hard time due to this. Our driver was threatened. Owner of the property should have informed us about this at the start so that this can be avoided.

Its a pretty and well maintained cottage. We loved the spacious bedrooms and tasty food. Everything was clean and well maintained. Beautiful greenery around.

One has to climb down many steps to reach the cottage, which is not comfortable for all.

There's nothing to not like about this property. There are 15-20 steep steps to access the property which was a bit of problem considering luggage we carried .

Me and my family stayed at Leela's Cottage for a night and we were absolutely in love with this place. The cottage is maintained very well and the rooms were extremely spacious, airy and bright. The whole bungalow was clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this place to stay for people who are looking for the real vibe and charm of the hill station. The place is located 5 -10 mins away from the city center and yet you stay away from all the noises and hustle bustle of the city. The staff at the property is also extremely helpful. We were confused to locate the house and he came to receive us from the point where we were stuck. The host is also a nice man, he was continuously in touch with us throughout the stay.

The 20 odd steps leading up/down to the house can be tricky for older people.

The ambiance, price, location and hospitality of caretaker Kadamji was very good. The photos don't do justice to the actual beauty of the place. The cleanliness of the rooms and washrooms were spot on. The home cooked breakfast and lunch provided were excellent without excess oil. Overall a wonderful experience. Would love to visit the place again.

The cottage is nestled amidst lush green surroundings. Even though we went in summer there was so much greenery. It's quiet and peaceful, yet very central. Different kinds of birds and their chirping, waking up to their sounds was the best part. Definitely value for money.

Beds can be a bit more cushioned. There is steep set of steps to reach the cottage and for bedrooms. Will be good if known in advance, in case you have elderly wirh you. Bathrooms can be improved.

Nice peaceful cottage with a well laid out patio and lawn with forest view, lots of greenery. same view from 1 bed room as well. Simple and comfortable living room n indoors. Some books/ boardgames will add when staying in monsoons. There is a good place to walk around in the lanes near cottage. Clean rooms n bathroom..Food was well made and homely.
