Ample car parking space is lacking. Many mosquitoes are present on and around the property. The owner did not provide any mosquito repellent. Suitable for traveling bachelors; not suitable for families. The property was very neat and clean, and budget-friendly.

The mosquitoes!! clouds and clouds of them in the garden area. The garden is so poorly managed that it makes the house feel shabby and is definitely not a place to be enjoyed as one could hope a garden to be. The room we were first offered was very disappointing and we almost left. We managed to strike an arrangement with the owner so that we could actually stay. Here are a few things for you to watch out for: - There are 4 rooms with ONE double bed each. The listing says there are 4 beds in the room you book, but this is FALSE. There are 4 beds in the entire house, one in each room. - When you book, you get ONE room in this house; two that have indoor access and two with outdoor access. - There are basically no facilities in the room, other than a bathroom. - The kitchen is outdoors, like a shared kitchen at a camping site. It is NOT PRIVATE, the listing is FALSELY stating that it is. There are so many mosquitoes that it is impossible to even wash your hands without getting bitten. Needless to say it is unusable - There is a washer, but it's an old semi-automatic washer that you first have to watch a Youtube video to understand how it works. I believe it is the owner's responsibility to make sure the listing is true and correct. I am rating my stay as a 3/10 because of the incorrect listing showing 4 beds and private kitchen per room. I am willing to increase my rating once the owner fixes the issues. *Please press the Like/Helpful button to help warn future guests and eventually fix this*

The location is really good. On a very quiet side street, right by the main street and very close to the touristic center. There might be closer to the center, but then it's probably loud, while this place was perfectly quiet during the night.

I wish there was a fridge though, all the other facilities were great including utensils and an induction cooktop. but yeah still an amazing property!

Me and my friend planned a very spontaneous trip to fort kochi, we were so glad to have found Lannister Inn in such a short notice, We enjoyed our stay there. The property has a great touch of heritage elements, but it was lush with nature and very beautiful. Walkable distance from the beach and all main attractions. I will once and again recommend this place, and will totally stay here again! Looking firward to another trip to Kochi while staying at Lannister!

The description of the place is misleading. there is no way to know what you get until you are there. There are some places with a slight price difference that are much better and offer more space, amenities and better facilities. It is a house transformed in a bed and breakfast. I didn't like it when they turned off the water heater from outside while I was in the shower. The bed is really hard.

The location is good, yet the description is misleading, and you will get a single room, with A/C, very clean and good wifi. The bed is super hard. They may turn off the water heater while you are having a shower 🚿 , ye the weather it's hot most of the time. There are many mosquitos, but if you close the room well, you will be fine. Overall, it's the location and how clean it is, what makes the difference, close to everything, and very peaceful.
