OmanI didn’t like that the cleaning wasn’t done regularly, and we had to request it whenever needed. Additionally, some essential items were not provided.
The property was good compared to other hotels in the area. The staff was generally helpful, especially Mustafa, who provided excellent service.

IndiaThey had great customer service 2 years back that’s why i chose Laimar unfortunately this time they didn’t meet my requirements and expectations. They gave me the room which wasn’t that much clean and the sheets and pillow covers were so dusty which caused my fiance allergic reactions. And they didn’t even greet me while I was vacating the property not even a smile which made me feel so bad. They need to improve their relationship with customers.
The property was very convenient for me to go out that’s why i always prefer Laimar suites.

MaldivesNot that much good what i expected. it is not look like same as in the pictures. Property is much expensive and most of services were not there as mentioned. No hairdryer and washing machine at the apartment. Fridge was very dirty and ourselves cleaned it.

India1.Initially, room given was not properly done up. Bedsheet was probably not replaced. Although a double room, there was only one water glass and one towel. While kettle and tea pouches were kept, there were no tea cups. On pointing out the deficiencies, however, we were then given another room which was much better. 2. The TV in the room has only free to air local channels. The card kept in the room says if you want to watch a channel of your choice, the guest has to pay for it. For a 3000/- plus tariff room, this is ridiculous. and can be treated as deficiency in service.
The location was outstanding. Just opposite Lulu Mall. Metro station close by. Lot of dining options in the vicinity. From the balcony one gets an enchanting view of the city.
