We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaWe had the most wonderful stay at La Address Retreat, Ooty! ✨ The place is cozy, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. What made our experience extra special were the hosts – they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. By the end of our short trip, they didn’t feel like hosts anymore but like friends we’ll cherish. 💛 As two girls traveling together, we felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay, which meant so much to us. 🌸 The retreat is perfectly located – amidst nature’s calm yet conveniently close to the city centre, giving us the best of both worlds. 🌿 We also loved spending time with their cute cats and dog 🐾, enjoyed a cozy bonfire on the chilly Ooty night 🔥, and couldn’t stop admiring their eye for an amazing antique collection that gave the place such unique charm.🪞✨ Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a warm, homely, and memorable stay in Ooty. We can’t wait to come back! 🌿

The garden, the hosts, the caretakers, lawn, pets and what not which is fabulous. Tasty breakfast and dinner from their kitchen. Greenery around the place and beautiful sunset from the lawn. In love with this place. Definitely recommend to book and stay at this place. We stayed for a night but I think that is not enough. Will visit soon.

Nice location close to city yet feels like away from city noise. Surrounded by reserve forest it gives a very peaceful environment and the chirping of birds heals you from within. Tasty breakfast and meals are being provided. Hosts are friendly and humble.0

IndiaMy stay was wonderful. Location & bungalow will take you flash back of 1972 & old. However the room was excellent and with modern amenities. What I liked is away from the Ooty tourist crowd and busy streets. One can enjoy good air, a garden and great hospitality. .My 2 night stay was excellent. Also the chef is the great care taker from checkin, coffee/ tea and food arrangement. Highly recommended to stay & explore Ooty. Thank you.

IndiaThis property lacks cellular connectivity and experiences intermittent WiFi issues, making it unsuitable for work-related use. It’s more of a digital detox friendly place. Additionally, heating facilities are not provided and are available at an extra cost, but they’re not very effective. If you can’t handle temperatures below 15°C/60°F, you’ll need to bring your own heating systems or clothing otherwise it’s gonna be uncomfortable.
The house was clean and conveniently located. The house staff, Robin, was incredibly helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and well-being, making our stay truly enjoyable. The paid dining options were decent, and Robin even cooked some delicious home-cooked meals.

IndiaThe condition of the property is in worst condition. The walls are with seepage, there is no ceiling and the roof is of asbestos. Very poorly maintained. The bathroom floor got drainage issues. The price of the property is not at all worth. The room got no AC/heater facility.
