First of all the hotel was located near to the Humpi site. The hotel manager was very supportive from our arrival itself. The vehicle was arranged from railway station to the hotel. The transport was also arranged to explore Humpi in a detailed manner. During our stay a home made hygienic Food was served which added the flavours to our whole tour. And lastly the transport was arranged to drop to the railway station. It was overall an unforgettable experience.

The room was excellent and very clean and tidy .. and the host was extremely good... He took care of us like family.. right from basic needs to arranging our itinerary and suggesting where to and where not to and directing us to restaurants that suited us, he took care of everything..he even arranged auto rikshaw with a Tamil speaking driver as we are from Tamilnadu. It would have been better if the evening food was arranged at the stay.

The property owner Mr. Raghavendra was very friendly and he himself attended in all our needs and gave necessary guidance and information.He arranged an auto and a very good driver (Suresh) who is able to communicate in English . He was very helpful for us since we did not have any idea about preparing a route map in such a way that any major atraction of Hampi is left out.The auto charge for two half days (1 pm to 6 pm on first day and 6.30 am to 1 pm on 2nf day.including our up and down journey from the nearest railway station Hosapet junction.)was Rs.4200/-

This was a perfect base to explore Hampi. Located in a peaceful village just outside of Hampi itself, it was easy to get to key locations. The host, Raghavendra, was very friendly, responsive and helpful.

Both rooms have a large double bed, and we needed one twin-room, so had to stay on a foldable bed.

The host has made our trip - recommended a nice tuktuk driver with fair prices, scooter hire, recommendations, advice and guidance throughout our Hampi trip. Happy Hampi Cafe is walk away and is a really nice place to eat. The homestay has only two rooms, with an entrance from a large terrace that serves as our living room so for us it was like renting a house. Moreover shower has good pressure, wifi is fast, there is even a UPS for outages! It is located in a small village with all necessities: pharmacy, ATM, some stores, a small but beautiful temple, and a rooster waking you up. It was all I could ask of a homestay in India 10/10.

The hospitality of the owner was very nice. We never felt that we are staying away from home. We were well taken care of our needs. Homely atmosphere nd prompt room service. Raghavendra was always helpful and even guided us how to go about in Hampi and the historical places that we should visit and see.

There was a slight issue with hot water on one of the days, but Raghvendra brought water in a bucket!

It is a great place to stay, far better than the hotels and lodges. Mr Raghavendra is very humble and wholly committed to providing the best service. He is always a phone call away and provides all required information for exploring the sights. Rooms and bathrooms are beautiful, spacious and spotless. Mineral water is abundant, and breakfast is delicious homemade food that leaves the taste to remember. The location is very close to the main road and easily accessible with a good parking space. Area to sit and dine is spacious and just right outside the rooms.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. I got food poisoning on the day I was supposed to leave (not from food from the property), so Abhi and his wife took care of me like their son and put me in a different room so I could leave a day later. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them!
