The floor of rooms is not good, sticky when you walk bare feet

1. It would have been nice if there is something to do for kids. 2. Locations is bit further to temple 3. It would have been nice if they offer self airport services not through 3rd party.

The room could be cleaner. The property is dated and needs refreshing. The travel agent charged us lot of money and service provided was not professional. Would never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

On Saturday night there was programme in the hotel premises.It was too loud and was going on after 12.00 in the night. was awful in the night as windows are not soundproof.It was not expected when you are paying more than 10K per night.Horrible situation!

Hallway carpet on 3rd floor was dirty and a bit unsafe to walk on, since the taped joints are not smooth. Room is too small and congested. Property neighbourhood is not attractive, with a lot of old structures around.

Reasonably well constructed, new property, and clean room. It has an excellent restaurant. Checking in/out was smooth.

Passage on the floor we were staying was not clean. Carpet was dirty. Room size was small as compared to the overall space the hotel had. No sitting space in room. Considering it’s only two years’ old, upkeep was not up yo mark.

not enough Continental breakfast options. Bar was closed due to license. Carpets in corridor and room floors require cleaning. linen and towels had a few stubborn stains. Bed mattress was not comfortable. lots of noise in the night with furniture dragging and ppl talking in corridors. international card payments did not work.

Variety lunch and dinner options with good portion sizes. non veg options also available. close to ram mandhir. friendly staff.

Carpets in hallways have not been cleaned for ages. There was engagement party in the royal banquet, so we were able to listen to loud Bollywood music closed to midnight. Thanks to my jet lag I was able to sleep through it otherwise it would have been very difficult.

The Hotel needs to maintain the cleanliness in it's inside as well as in rooms . Carpeting was dirty . On closer look it feels not so good. Pictures shall give you an inkling as to the state of affairs.

Location wise it's top notch . As it's in between both the station Ayodhya Dham as well as Ayodhya Cantt . Located near Ram temple too . On Rampath a landmark property. Crescent is the decent restaurant inside the hotel.
