Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. IndiaThe breakfast spread was just average when compared to similar hotels like O by Tamara in Thiruvananthapuram. The towels in the bathroom were not very clean, and the in-room amenities were below expectation – for example, the toothbrush was too hard, and the comb was too small.
The location was good, the welcome experience was warm, and the staff were cordial and professional.

United Arab EmiratesThe location is good. The staff is the best as I was staying for 2 nights and got a heavy fever ay mid night and was not able to order medicines. So i asked them for health and they sent a staff to a pharmacy to get me medicines which helped me alot. I am grateful for their service Also their restaurant Kochi Kitchens serves delicious food and the buffet is very affordable. This is my second stay in 1 year and I genuinely loved their service and hospitality. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

SingaporeThe check-in process at 11pm was slightly slow but it may have been due to the Front Desk experiencing a technical snag. It would have been good if welcome drinks were served to weary travellers (perhaps they forgot?). While a welcome drink is not expected from calculating Marriott business hotels in the West, it was expected from Marriott’s Asian hotels – they don’t say “Asian hospitality” for nothing! Restaurants napkins transferred tiny white lint onto our clothes. The Executive Lounge (EL) on the 21st floor could do with some improvement. The appetizers and short eats were average. Unlike KK, where we were being constantly asked – maybe too often – if everything was ok, most of the staff at the EL there looked demotivated and uninspired. While they obliged our requests, they showed little initiative. It would also have been good if guests residing in rooms with Executive Lounge access could be checked-in and out at the EL instead of at the Lobby Level.
Our Club Suite was spacious and well-designed, and the power sockets were thoughtfully located. As for Food & Beverage, we had a great gastronomical experience: the non-veg sadya at the Cassava Restaurant was authentic (with the fish and chicken items prepared on the spot) and we re-discovered our appreciation for Lamb Briyani there. The staff at Kochi Kitchen (KK) showed they could not only convey guests’ feedback to the Chef but also act upon such feedback. I had casually mentioned to Ms Jinsy of KK that it would have been good if they served some less-than-common Kerala breakfast items (like “elayappam”) in their breakfast buffet. Next morning (our last at the Hotel), we were served elayappam (which brought back childhood memories)! So when their restaurant managers told us things like, “Ask whatever you want. We are here for you”, they were not uttering empty words but actually meant it. When we were checking out, Mr Suresh (Executive Chef of KK) took time out to chat with us about our feedback. We also spent an evening at the Pool Bar. Mr Arshan knew his products / drinks well and gave us good recommendations after actively listening to us. All the F&B outlets at the Hotel were well-staffed and it was heartening to see that the Hotel hired and gave opportunities to deaf / non-speaking people. It reflected a compassionate corporate culture. In terms of the Hotel’s location, it is within a short walk (or buggy ride) of Lulu Mall. That is good for those looking to shop and dine. But traffic in this area (Edapally) is usually very heavy – probably because of the Mall.
