Great location and good value for fort Kochi. Hosts were good at communicating with us before our stay and made check in easy.

Didn’t realise the room was non AC on the booking so make sure to check.

Roof top rooms

Very clean and up to the mark homestay. We stayed for two days and its near to all the tourist places of Fort Kochi. Be aware that the alley way to the homestay is only accessible through walking and the guest houses are upstairs but well worth it as they are kept tidy. There's also a kitchen access with basic functionality so that's a bonus. Also there are a lots of cats and kittens around the property (++bonus). Will book again!

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money I had an unpleasant experience at this homestay and would not recommend it. The room was poorly maintained, with several things broken, making the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, proper blankets were not provided, which made sleeping difficult. The mosquito problem was unbearable, and no efforts were made to control them, making it nearly impossible to relax. The host was unwelcoming and unhelpful, showing little interest in assisting guests. Another major issue was the lack of transparency regarding accessibility. Nowhere in the listing was it mentioned that the room was on the third floor, requiring guests to climb three flights of stairs. This is a serious concern for anyone with mobility issues, so be aware before booking. Adding to the inconvenience, there was no proper access to the homestay, making it difficult to locate. The pictures shown on the website were completely misleading—the reality was far worse. The room was in poor condition, with damp walls and an overall unclean atmosphere. To make matters even worse, there was loudspeaker noise early in the morning, disrupting any chance of getting proper rest. With so many issues, this homestay is simply not worth the price. There are far better options available in the same area for a lower cost, offering better service and amenities. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for a more comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The room was cute, small, but comfortable. I had a private balcony and access to a back terrace. There is a shared kitchen for boiling water, making food if you so inclined, or keeping things in the fridge. The host was very helpful in making arrangements for activities. The location is great, within easy walking distance of restaurants, the waterfront, museums. Autos are easy to get on the main road.

Be aware that there are many stairs. The host kindly carried up my luggage.

Narrow flight of stairs up to carry suitcase and aircon control quite confusing. Felt a bit far to walk but around 12 min to historical areas...

Handy for Fort Kochi, kitchen facilities and roof terrace space

Room had no view or balcony.

Latches in both the doors in the room were faulty and didn't close Felt like security and feeling safe is one of the most important issue which helps us choose a homestay and didn't like it both the doors were faulty Not very comfortable to think abt it and also not very polite from host to not change rooms as other rooms were empty

The rooms were excellent for the price quoted, that also with access to kitchen and dining area. The family took care of my family very well. This homestay will definitely top my list when I visit Kochi again.

Nothing! all good

Set back from the main road in an alley with views of the greenery of the place, rooms are very clean, wifi is working fine and the hosts are caring. There is a kitchen for guests to use, and drinking water. We enjoyed a roof-top room, with a cool breeze during day and night.

There is some annoyance with mosquitoes, but all the windows have mosquito nets, so the problem is minor.

Very convenient location and well priced. Host was very helpful and did laundry for us at a very good price.

We arrived very early - 6:30am (had said this in advance) but the host did not reply to any messages / phone calls until 8am so we just sat on the terrace waiting. Bit frustrating considering we had said. Also the bathroom window was open so lots of bugs and very hot room.
