The safe vault was not working even on my 3rd time staying. The intercom was without a dial pad. The restaurant opens only at 8:30 am. They can start serving the tea/ coffee at least from 6 am.

The hot water in the shower would last for about 3 or 4 seconds. Then, you had to turn it off, wait a bit and then get another 3 or 4 seconds of hot water. That really needs to be improved upon. The food at the attached restaurant is mediocre, but the wait staff were kind.

Maria at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and efficient! She tried to provide everything we needed. The suites were very spacious and clean. The shared spaces in the hotel (hallways, pool, etc...) could use more attention to cleanliness.

There was internet in the rooms. The aircons were bit loud and noisy.

Swimming pool was clean but only half full, not sure why. Could do with loungers, there were only two. Could be made a lot nicer outside. Lots of plastic and in the water near the pool, wouldn't take a lot to clean this area up

The Ac was set at 28 . Not cooling . No actions taken after notifying. No coffee tea facilities in the room . Couldn’t find any ironing equipments either.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite. Very clean and spacious rooms with fantastic view. Great for families. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool which was easy access too.

The kitchen could have been equipped with basic plates, spoons, and some utensils for making it more home like. The restaurant staff were a little strange with coming up to the room to count glasses and take them back (they didn’t seem to be in sync with the management staff of the hotel). The management can look into finer details like these to make the stay more hospitable for guests.

Service at reception was lacking. Left much to be desired. No helpful information like wifi details, restaurant timings, or how to order was provided. The wifi was spotty at best and unavailable most of the time.

Room size, the facilities in the room are more than adequate. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Cleanliness in the room is commendable as well. All necessary bath products were also provided.

Room was clean. A bunch of used plates found kept out of the room opposite to our room at night. While we check out also the same plates were there. No housekeeping supervisor on board I think. Only one room having good wifi .

The property claims to be fitted with a kitchenette, which is technically true - the equipment is there. However we were provided with just two plates and a spoon for the two of us, no pots, pans or knives etc - not good enough for self-catering. The location is also quite far from fort kochi so be prepared to pay for lots of taxis.

Very smart building with really attentive staff, who were happy to assist with our late check-in. We had an issue with our A/C and they were quick to respond and help us move rooms - even though it was late at night.
