IndiaRoom service or even time to response for ordering food at room or in restaurant was too long, we ordered tea in our room which reached us after 1.15 hrs and 3 reminder calls.
Breakfast was fine but not that great as last time we visited them in 2023, Quality of food and variety needs serious thought by the management.

QatarOur experience at Hyatt Regency Amritsar was wonderful. Everything was seamless but what made it extraordinary was the courtesy and initiative of the staff. Mr.Arsheen and Mr.Parth at the front desk were extremely helpful, polite and professional. From housekeeping to room service to security, each staff member was hospitable, friendly and warm.

IndiaThe room didn't have an entryway- it felt well appointed but economical. Also the final room charges were 18.5 k for 2 nights while the app showed 15k
Pool side is beautiful. Gym was decently well equipped. I saw 2 restaurants (i think there were more) - and its 10 meters walking distance from a really good mall. Beds were really comfortable and bathrooms were well designed. It was the staff that made our stay exceptional with their thoughtfulness.

NetherlandsThe check-in and check-out took quite a long time, you need to keep this in mind if you are catching a flight. The service in the restaurant could be better. At breakfast it was difficult to find a staff member to ask for coffee. In the evening we just used the buffet option, nobody came to offer drinks or a menu.
The Hotel is located not far from the tourist attractions. The room was a normal size, quite sufficient. There was an iron and an ironing board, which was convenient.

IndiaThe Hotel need to inform well in advance guidelines that Guests are required to wear proper swimming costumes as per Pool Office guidelines. To avoid inconvenience, we recommend informing visitors in advance so they can make necessary arrangements and enjoy their stay.
Breakfast is nice and tasty, but need to include more items as I find when comparing to other five star hotels. Special need for Non-Veg section it only had fish fry, chicken ham slice. Rest all items especially south indian items are more and good in taste.

Singaporethe hotel staff are very accommodating, but there should be more people manning the front desk. this is because, there is usually a surge of people coming in, and when that happens customers are very rude. i have seen 3 rude customers, to your staff, during my stay. and that is because they were not being handled fast enough, due to low manpower on the front desk. i do not think the staff deserve such treatment either.
the breakfast crew, are fast, reliable and the food is prepared with high levels of cleanliness. please continue with the level of cleanliness. the rooms are also very well maintained.
