I ones homestay is extremely clean and welcoming. I had a rooftop room with a balcony and a large outside area to sit, It provides a kettle. . Its located on a quiet street about a 5 minutes walk to Vasco de Gama sq. Recommend.

Everything was absolutely perfect

It's just home away from home. A beautiful room with the balcony, great location a few min from the beach , the host full of love , support and smile. The house is very clean, you can use a resting area, library. Just home you want to stay forever.

Pillows very lumpy and linen and towels need upgrading as discoloured but otherwise everything grand

It's was handy and clean and staff helpful except they did not reply when I constantly rang and messaged about picking us up at the airport as they promised . But luckily they were there at 1am when we arrived. Had I been alone i would not have took the chance at that late hour. Not clear on good restaurants and found them all too late . But they are good people and room was clean and comfortable

Very nice, big room with balcony. Some common areas outside the room and access to a fridge. The building is very clean and well maintained and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Family running the place was very nice and helpful. Excellent location steps away from all the things you might want to see in fort Kochi.

The upgrade to include a balcony, was disappointing, but other than that, it was fine.

Good location. Great restaurant near by (Spice roots) 2 minute walk to the theatre for Katakali, music, and more. Motorbike hire downstairs. Close to tourist parts, and Chinese fishing nets. 5 minute walk to water metro to the mainland.

Parking not available for 4 wheeler and cleaning staff was on the toes to vacate the room when they learnt about same day check out.

From arriving to checkout everything was perfect. We arrived from kochi after midnight and the owners were so accommodating and checking us in with no issues. Very informative with excursions and what to do in the area. Very clean and tidy rooms, with a common room that had a kettle and fridge, also like the balcony with a nice seating area. They also arranged for a driver to Munnar on the day we were leaving and he was amazing stopping off for some sightseeing on the way. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

I had the top floor room which was very private and perfect for a female solo traveller. Very comfy bed and good shower! Great location, walking distance from everything you need to explore this beautiful area.

My stay at this accommodation was exceptional. The room has a balcony and is very spacious and comfortable. The location is ideally situated for exploring the city's attractions! And above all, the couple who welcomed me were extremely kind.

I just wish they provide refillable water, even if there's an extra charge, it would help minimize a lot of waste as there is no shop nearby with water gallons.

Really nice, quality homestay. There was a common area with couches and a desk on our floor which was really nice. The room was perfect for our few days stay. Small terrace, quiet AC and fan, and a comfy bed. Especially appreciated the mosquito nets on all the windows. The owners are kind and welcoming and have a really cute dog.

Room was a good size and very clean.. Good hot shower. The bed was comfortable. Very quiet and great location. Ivan and his family were lovely. Ivan booked our backwater trip and theatre evening. Made our stay very enjoyable. Definitely recommend staying here.

The location was perfect for Fort Cochi. It was nice to be so close to the Kerala Kathaliki centre for evening entertainment. The hosts were friendly and helpful. It was very good value for money.
