Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

All their equipment's is dated, the TT table, shuttle racquets, cricket bats all either broken or on the verge of getting their. kids play area and swimming pool were both out of order too.
The breakfast was good. the staff were amazing. From the security guards to the bell boys. Very courteous and helpful.

Fixtures worn or outdated. Chinese restaurant on ground floor is terrible.
Well located for an overnight stay en route from Mysore to Munnar. Has its own restaurant.

Expensive food inside the hotel, and we couldn't get food nearby as the location is a couple of kms away from the main roads where there is access to other eateries. The room was also way overpriced for what was offered. WiFi never worked. And like the others have pointed out, the place needs a minor renovation as it feels a bit outdated.
Staff were courteous and helpful but could have been a bit more proactive — we had to ask for every little thing (like paper towels when dining which should be available without having to ask). The place was pretty and the view was great, this is perhaps the only selling point.

Very bad wifi. Didn’t work at all for our stay for 3 days. They provided with router but that also stopped working in second day. There was loud music one night and we couldn’t sleep till late night.

Recreational space is still under renovation...so is the swimming pool.. they room rates can be adjusted basis facilities available
Staff are extremely polite and helpful..special mention of Ms Angel. Though we particularly didn't enjoy the alacarte food (for dinner) that was served by the restaurant.. chef Ashok took feedback in a very positive way... breakfast was super tasty...

You had good options for fruit juices however quality of watermelon juice could be better. craneberry juice was really good. rest no much to point out but you need to maintain same service and quality for new clients of urs
Its awesome and full of varirty for all levels. Good options for hand made tea & coffee and even cppuccino + latte. kids enjoyed the breakfast

Rooms need an upgrade. Facilities need an upgrade. Door locks are old. There was leakage due to rains and the stairs were dripping with water from the rains. One could easily slip. There was water seepage on many walls. Restaurant buffet spread is good but quality and taste of food in breakfast and dining buffet is average. A la carte menu on the other hand was good. I was charged 5k extra for a 10 year old child for two nights which was expensive. Stay rates and breakfast rates are high for the quality offered. Hence rating a 7
Location and view. Most cabs and auto drivers knew the property and hence easy to commute. It was reasonably closer to the main market yet nicely tucked a little away from the noise and crowd.

We were sorry the Games room was not open until 5.30pm; we would have liked to play games earlier in the day. The garden area was lovely
We really appreciated having adjoining rooms and the seating areas in both rooms with wonderful views over Ooty and the hills The staff were friendly and helpful; the welcome tea was delicious The restaurant was excellent and the chefs vey good at explaining which food had allergens which one of our children could not eat.
