You must hire a cab/taxi for site visiting and even for local transportation, since GoaMiles app didn't work for me. Ola/Uber is not allowed in Goa. Never order any food on the beach, they will just loot you, they overcharged 3 times to me.

We loved our stay in this property in Benaulim, next to Panchayet. This 2 bhk apartment is spacious and filled with all modern amenities like kitchen, utensils, microwave, induction, water filter, washing machine and all. Located in peaceful area, market and many restaurants nearby. I deeply appreciate and thank our host Balakrishnan sir, a true gentleman and wonderful person. He always keep in touch with his guests and guide them like his own family member. He holds a very senior position in a private firm, comfortable in many languages including Hindi and English, a deeply passionate person. Benaulim beach is just 1.5 km, auto will charge 100 rupees from circle. Its an awesome beach, pleasant and clean, not much crowded. I should also thank Mr. Chandru for helping us with traveling and delicious home cooked food. You might find this property fees on a little higher side, but believe me, it's modern amenities, location and most of all warm hosting by Bala sir, will not make you feel amend. I missed few places to visit this time in December, so I will come again in next year.

It was wonderful to be at this place. Me and my family had an extremely comfortable stay. The hosts Mr. Balakrishna and Rema Balakrishna were very kind. They were ready to greet us when we arrived late in the night though they stay far away from the property. They also proactively guided us on the sight seeing places and provided all the needed information. The property is very spacious and very neatly maintained. You have everything a family would need during the stay. It was like home away from home for us. The place around is very serene and shops are easily reachable. I definitely would recommend others to book this property in case you plan to stay at South Goa. Thank you Mrs and Mr Bala for your wonderful hospitality and care.

The way to the apartment from the main road mainly at night. More lights would be better.

Hospitality of the host the owner was always available if needed. The apartment is new and the facilities were very good. Suitable for family. Shops and restaurants nearby We really enjoyed the stay and we will visit this apartment again when we visit Benaulim. Benaulim beach walkable distance (1.5 Km). Felt safe through out the stay. The stay was excellent,it was like a well furnished 1 Bhk( well equipped kitchen, watching machine,fridge ,iron box) extremely comfortable The owner was in touch with me throughout the stay and made it really comfortable and made sure everything was in place. location wise it's a great place to stay in both for short and long term stay,all the major famous restaurants and cafes are very nearby ( a very amazing German bakery is just downstairs and another cafe too). Beaches are also nearby u can either walk to it or rent a bike. I would definitely recommend this place to either solo travelers or to group or friends or family. The stay was wonderful. We had an amazing experience. It was like we found a home at Goa. The owners were really sweet. They took us out the first night we were there. They have done an amazing job with the apartment which is equipped with the complete set of amenities including the kitchen. If you are intending on a long stay and would like to cook for yourself, look no more, this place is perfect with the complete kitchen.

A beautifully designed apartment that felt nothing less than a home! The flat is compact and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. It is beautifully furnished with particular attention to all the details for the best comfort. The washing machine was big thumbs up for our soiled clothes. The room has all the necessary equipment like extra bedsheet, blanket. A well prepared kitchen with microwave, toaster and induction. There is a German Bakery serving some really amazing sourdough bread in the same complex and a cafe as well. There are many other great coffee shops, restaurants and shops in walking distance and the neighborhood itself is great. Highly recommended for female travelers as the apartment and area is really safe. Mr.Bala went way beyond to make our stay warm and memorable. He was generous enough to let us do an early check in. He was super responsive with all our queries and very accommodating, helpful and friendly. He gave us some superb recommendations on where to eat, places to shop and sights to see. All in all a well maintained and cozy apartment for a long or short stay. Will definitely visit again!

nothing negative about this place

this place is located in benaulim town around 1.5 kms from the beach and 15 min car journey from Madgaon railway station. The house is very good for four people to stay conveniently and every thing has well placed in the house as far as the hospitality is concerned.
