Beautiful Houseboat in amazing location rooms are nice and comfortable the view from balcony is amazing food was nice compared to other places we stayed mr Imran helped me in boats trips and sightseeing tours to sonmarg and Mughal gardens recommend

Everything is superfine , Imran bhai very humble and very respectful person. Imran bhai cooking very delicious food. House boat place very calm and peaceful place many birds are there. Highly recommended this place in dal lake.

My experience at the Houseboat Zaindari Palace was truly remarkable. The service was exceptional, and the rooms were comfortable, with a lovely external balcony outside property. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay recommended.

The location was good. Houseboat was very quiet. The host tried to assist with planning but unfortunately I felt that he was just trying to make money and not really help you

I got half board and the food was terrible. You had no idea what you were getting no choice and no communication prior. Breakfast was terrible the western breakfast was terrible so the next day I got the local breakfast which I could not eat. The host was not even concerned whether you ate the food or not. I was forced to cancel two days of the booking. I then rang for a taxi but the taxi had to wait an hour as I had to wait an hour to get transport from the houseboat to the mainland which was arranged by the houseboat The photos in booking are not really totally representative of the houseboat. Food photos are totally untrue. The shower looked good in the photos. The shower is a trickle and the curtain and roof are full of mould

Imran is a warm and generous host and this houseboat is in the best and quietest location on the lake

We had a fantastic time at Houseboat Zaindari Palace, the most luxurious houseboat in Srinagar. The views were breathtaking, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Not to mention, the food was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend it!

Great location. The house boat was the last one in the row, so you have a beautiful, peaceful view of the Dal lake when you sit on the verandah. It is also spacious, with a dining room and a parlour in addition to the bed room. Meals were tasty and substantial. Very friendly host.

Would have liked a TV, what with the World Cup underway, but that was a very minor nitpick. Didn’t come to Kashmir to watch TV anyway.

Houseboat Zaindari Palace is in a very good location quiet part of Dal Lake with a mountain view. The rooms are spacious and the washrooms are super clean. Management is also very helpful. The breakfast and dinner are tasty The staff are friendly, and give honest advice about tour/bus/travel itineraries and costs. I would definitely recommend this place:)
