They give you a great place at a relatively cheaper rate but charge you 20 rs per water bottle and don't let you fill up your empty bottles!! I found it a little strange.

Amazing place for the price! A whole 2 BHK apartment with very comfortable rooms, living room and other facilities. Highly recommend this place!

No WiFi connection No in-house restaurant but in the next compound there’s a restaurant which serves homemade food breakfast lunch and dinner. Sunday’s it’s a holiday for the restaurant. Zomato and swiggy service is available

Cleanliness Very Supportive

I stayed their with my family along with my 2 yr old kid ..so I was very particular about the cleanliness. To my surprise, the rooms and washrooms were very neat and tidy. The front manager was very friendly and very supportive . He helped me throughout our stay .One of my best experiences was after checking out, I found out that my ring was missing and I would have forgotten to take it from the room..called up the manger to find out if he has found my ring while cleaning. He immediately called me and said they had found it and would keep it safe until I go and collect. So,finally I got my ring back. Thank you so much for your service and support.

This is new property and well maintained . I stayed at this place since i was an extra bystander for a patient in nearby Renai medicity ( walkable distance) Front staff were pleasant and friendly. Though i didn't have a car. I noticed there is ample space for car parking. I stayed in a 1 BR, fresh towels, dental kit, and tea preparation items were available. Rooms and common areas were neat and clean

The place is great. We had to cancel on the first night but then returned a few days later because our schedule changed. The team at reception are great and always available to get what you need. The WiFi is great, it’s very safe, you have all you need in a basic kitchen and space to relax. Excellent value. Excellent fan and AC, and great shower with excellent hot water. Its a 4 minute walk from the metro stop, supermarket, and banks. If I return to Kochi we will definitely stay here again. Thanks team. From Lee (UK) and Kathy (Canada).

Not a value for money place..they even charge money for water…not giving any facilities…apartments is in the description but jot having any facilities…also in the bathroom there were uncleaned waste from last customers
