Mosquito in the room . The bathroom window is unable to close because there is no provision ( kadhi ) for closing the same.There is a single person who handles the dinner service in the restaurant as well as in the room.

Breakfast quality can be improved and variety of stuffs may served so customer can take it by choice. And locationwise it is good. However person can't go frequently to mall road from the hotel on foot because of height.

Fake pictures of the rooms on the booking.com site. Very dirty rooms and beds/linen. Rude Receptionist. Had to pay extra money at the hotel.

according to the cost it's not worth it. overall staff is good. but the room is okay not proper cleaning everyday. Not having basic things like Iron etc.

The review is first of all for booking.com people, you mentioned it was a 3 star hotel, but we were shocked to see it as 1 star hotel in google upon searching when we entered shimla, you guys mentioned that the room is spacious enough for a family, it wasn’t !! the pictures shown were deceiving, amenities mentioned by you people was wrong, no toiletries in the washroom, except for a piece of soap, we had to ask for toilet paper, 1 towel for 3 people, tv who’s remote doesn’t work, u said room would be having a heater ? we had to pay extra for a heater,300 rs per night. dirty carpet, old furniture ! dirty pillows! the only thing i liked about the hotel was food, staff was nice ! have to mention the disturbance at night, as its on the road side and vehicles keep moving through the night.

The staff were really helpful and attentive. They brought us breakfast at 7am before breakfast officially started as we had to leave early. The room was tidy, and generally clean and the bathroom had water (which doesn't seem to always be the case in this price bracket). Ask for a room with a valley view, which seemed much better and much more quite as they are at the back of the property.

I didn't like anything. I was spent 24k on the hotel to booked the room but it was not worthy at all. I was booked in April end and at that time price was this much but when I am searching same hotel in today's date it was so cheap. I have got zero service in 24k . On top of that it says mall road at 700-800 meter walking Distance but the mall road from where we get the lifts to reach on top of mall road it is far away from hotel. 700-800 meter what they are telling on booking.com that is really very steep walk. Old age people can't climb those stairs or can do that steep walk. Moreover, the room numbers 109 and 111 which allotted to us are very small and not much spacious .. we have gone through many problems throughout our stay.
