It was -8 when we were around. It was our first day and the heating system broke down. They quickly brought a portable heater. That stopped working at 2 am. So, the night went down cold and uncomfortable. They fixed the issue the next day. Bonfire was at a good spot. But was taken over by a couple who kept playing HoneySingh and other party songs in property owned large Blootooth music system, loudly. We and others were so put off that we went back to our room.

Good. The breakfast spread was decent. South Indian food was of the highest quality. Loved the masala dosa and Poha. Deli items were dry and certainly not fresh. Lacked that excitement. On request, the staff were kind enough to prepare 'Kashmiri Noon Chai' on the house. That was sweet of them. The staff makes up for many things not up to mark.

Good location with mountain view. Nice property with proper placement and ample outdoor seating. Good food. Chef Farqoo and Adil served nice meals. Their Mysore Dosa, Tandoori roti, Tandoori aloo where super. Food managers Ruf, ubaid and entire staff was good.

While everything was good, the best about Radisson Pahalgam is it's people! Staff were very friendly, accessible, polite, and helpful. I truly recommend Radisson Pahalgam for a memorable stay at Pahalgam.

For two days I kept complaining that the air conditioning was not working properly and the room was too warm . Could not sleep comfortably because of it for 2 days - finally after I complained the third time they got it set right and on the third day we could sleep comfortably

Youd expect shampoo, soap, slipper, dental kits but nope we had to order on multiple batches…we were told dinner is complimentary then got charged after using the buffet … theyll try and charge you for the smallest things like the recreation room

The location, though a little high up and in the forest,but that had a huge menace for monkeys.the entire charm of living high up is worsened.u cannot eat or walk leisurely outside.the rooms had no ventilation. Not a single blower even in the bathrooms.the water for toilet was extremely cold. The AC service was not operational unless some other room person agreed to keep their room in ur requested mode, the master control of the entire unit was located in a single room,very strange and bad decision for a unit like Radisson. No fire place in the room,though it is advertised that every room has a fire place. Menu service shd be displayed in the rooms. Not at all worthwhile of the amount being charged,primarily because of logistic and maintenance fallout.

The people attached with Radisson, from the front desk to the bellboy,everyone was superb and tried their best.Thank u all

* The room and bathroom are very small. * While restaurant staff was excellent, front desk and management could be more cordial and friendly, * There was no toilet paper in the room, we had to request from front desk and were provided only one roll and no spare roll. * It seems hotel uses this site as catalogue only, we didn't contact hotel directly, booked through site. It appears most other guests had breakfast or meals included. Staff didn't know how to handle our breakfast/meals.

* Property is near Golf course, away from the town and up the mountain so very quiet. * The restaurant staff is very attentive and nice and tried to accommodate our request for now spice/low spice food as much as possible. * Complementary water bottles in rooms and restaurant.

The per day cost is high. One could make the argument that it's expensive to provide premium facilities in a small town, but I still think the cost should be lower.

Quite an overpriced property.

GOOD ROOMS, GOOD LOCATION, I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE MR. SUHAIB KHAN OF THE HOTEL FOR LOOKING EVERYTHING. WE arrived in the evening and were welcomed with " kashmiri kawa ". the rooms were extremely comfortable and cozy thanks to heating system which was working really well.

The room size in few blocks could be little bigger.

The property is very cozy and warm. Especially the staff was very well polished and helpful. Mr. Zahid on the front desk was very friendly and supportive.

The bed could have been king-size. Further mattress for the extra bed was bad as it would bend in the middle causing back ace. The bathroom was very cold and some heating arrangements could have been made. However, the bathroom had an excellent shower with hot water. Better or alternative space for breakfast particularly at peak hour, as due to rush, no attention was paid to your order. As the hotel was on the hilltop, should have some travel arrangements to markets for guests.

Hotel had upgraded me. Bonfire in the evening was excellent. House keeping staff was very good and attentive. Allowed us until late afternoon to check out. Food option was good. Children were given complementary dinner which I was very pleased. Hotel was prompt to arrange for various excursion and sight seeking activities Big campus allowed guests to rome around freely.
