We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaWater service is very poor. You can't get pure water instead of that you will get salt water which is same as sea water. For pure water there is a timings to get. Area is not good. Even worse than sludge area. bathroom is very poor condition but clean. Bad house keeping.

IndiaAt booking.com pictures showing clean and neat rooms but in actual it's something else. I stay there due to my compulsion. In total six days no one come to clean the room. Bed and bedsheet in very dirty condition and entire six days no bed sheet changed. Same condition of bathroom in washbasin to water. It's on worst condition.
