    1. Room night light not available. 2. Accessories like brush and toothpaste not available. 3. I check out at 2am. Reception person not able give room invoice mid of night. I have to call couple of time to get invoice. 2 4. To do dinner at room chair not available

    Housekeeping was slack. When I checked in room looked spic and span but there was a used towel in wash room

    The TV has no Youtube and Netflix. They are there but doesn’t work. It’s important in hotels to have them.

    Its in good location and nice rooms. Even the lift has access so its safe.

    I Paid for triple occupancy and the room space was very small for which they shouldnt charge a bomb 8k. Even if the room was small, there should have been proper ventilation which wasnt there. There were no windows to open to get some fresh air or ventilation except for the main door and also no exhaut fans in rest rooms. It was suffocating.

    The bed was and the room was maintained clean.

    Faulty and noisy air conditioning. Both taps running with hot water

    Maintenance staff should be trained and equipped with proper solutions.

    Front office administrator very weak . When i book for 3 persons they offered extra bed and charged it. I checked in 10.30 am after that I called more than 10 times to reception for getting an extra bed, Also directly went to front office four times. They give extra bed at midnight. After a long journey providing an extra bed after 12 hours is horrible. They should understand its not free. We are paying for that extra bed which they are providing

    Staff are polite and good behavior. Break fast was good.

    Stayed in room no 409.Broken switch boards,smelly bathroom,stuck up door which was not closing properly despite complaining,unbroomed floor with hair strands .Room too congested compared to bathroom.

    you need to have tamil speaking staff. The front office was very mechanical and not friendly

    Front desk staff is not caurtious, reached the property half an hour early, they refused to provide Room saying only by 2 o clock Room will be alloted as per hotel policy. Out of 3 rooms one Room (R.no 711)flush was not working, complained 3 times problem was not solved, was forced to use other Room toilet Over all not a pleasant stay

    We chose the hotel considering Ginger is a part of the TATA group. Unfortunately the facilities were not up to the standard expected. Some renovation work was being undertaken and it would have been better for the hotel to complete them before accepting bookings. In any case, thanks to the staff at Ginger our stay was comfortable.

    The Hall Mark of our stay at this hotel was the courteous staff. Each and every one without exception went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The staff at the front desk were extremely professional and efficient. The restaurant was being painted when we went for lunch but this did not deter the staff from quickly taking our food order and serving it promptly in the room. The cleaning staff were also exceptional trying their best to make the stay as comfortable as possible .
