IndiaThe bathrooms hot water temperature was centrally controlled and set to lukewarm. They should keep it hot and allow us to chose the temperature by rotating the knob like how it happens in other hotels and at homes. The gym.ac took a while to be started - may be they were not expecting many people to use it and the housekeeping staff could not switch on the tv though they tried to find the remote. But overall good. The lack of real hot water for bathing was a dampener for me.
Food quality and service. The room hygiene and cleanliness. The bed is excellent. Has the right amount of deep bounce yet is firm for the soone. . The service is excellent.

This is my second stay in this hotel and hence second review. I stayed here recently with my spouse for three nights between 25th and 28th Jan-2025. As already mentioned by me in my previous review the hotel was located in the main central area in Navalur. The hotel was neat and clean. The room was very neat and comfortable. The toilet was clean and comfortable. The supply of toiletries, tea/coffee ingredients in the room were adequate. The fridge, kettle facilities in the room adds to the comforts. The AC effect in the room was good. The room service and housekeeping staff were helpful. The roadside view from our room was very good. The restaurant on the ground floor was neat and comfortable. The foods served were very good. The services rendered by the restaurant staff were very good this time. In particular, the personal attention rendered by Mr.karthik Naik was excellent. All the three days he was taking care of us with great care. Our special thanks to him. This time I found the reception staff were very cooperative. This time I did not experience any discrimination like last time. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and safe. I will definitely recommend this hotel for safe family stays. Great improvement. Worth for money.

SpainThe bathroom needs some love, damp exterior walls, inside bottom a bit bad.
The bed was comfy, lots of water, tea and coffee provided. Great, big TV to cast to. The breakfast was a bargain and delicious, could have sat there all day :) Dibya helped us, Hemamalini too. Karthick, the manager made sure we understood everything. Sundar, the head chef even checked on us. Debatri, the receptionist helped us sooooo much with transport. The people are fabulous :) A great experience. :)

This is our first experience with any Ginger properties. So overall very good experience. Especially staffs are very friendly and cordial, except the reception where we found that the management wanted to train the college students so the guest need to have patience to handle with them. That's the only remark I need to highlight here. We were there for a wedding party.

IndiaVery soft pillows. The location is pretty far from the heart of the city so commute is expensive. No covered car parking - my second time higjlighting this short comimg. Shade is required coz cars are exposed to direct sunlight all day!
I liked the smiling and courteous staff. Spl call out to Mr Karthik - he goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable. Feedback Implementation - noticed my concern about flies n insects in the restaurant was addressed. No flies n insects noticed the second time...thats Super...thank you. The breakfast spread is pretty decent considering the tariff. Early check is accomodated most of the time and no fuzz about it, of course there is a nominal charge.

IndiaI feel very bad to mention here about my undesirable experiences in this hotel. The reception staff in this esteemed hotel seems to lack their professionalism. Exhibition of discrimination between regular guests (mostly IT professionals or foreigners) and occasional guests (senior citizen like us) is not an acceptable practice. Attending to us seems to be below their dignity. Making fun of guests like us (whatever may be our color/appearance/ shape) is objectionable. Afterall, we are coming to stay there after remitting the required charges, unlike other regulars who stay there at company's cost. Unfortunately, the same attitude was seen in the restaurant staff too. Their preference to foreigners makes us secondary. Such attitudes in an organization belonging to the TATAs, which is well-known for its patriotism, is unexpected and unacceptable. We were totally hurt by this kind of discrimination.
As expected, the hotel was located in the main central area in Navalur. The hotel is neat and clean. The room (210) was very neat and comfortable. The toilet was clean and comfortable. The supply of toiletries, tea/coffee materials were adequate. The fridge, kettle facilities in the room adds to the comforts. The AC effect in the room was good. The room service and housekeeping staff were helpful. The roadside view from our room was very good. The restaurant on the ground floor was neat and comfortable. The foods served were very good. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and safe. I will definitely recommend this hotel for safe family stays. Worth for money.
