The rooms look drab and dated with minimal fittings and furniture. The bathroom/toilet is badly designed - not a single grab rail to hold on to. Plus, water doesn't drain out easily once you have had a shower, posing a distinct hazard, especially for senior citizens. Out of the two lifts, one was out of order the whole 2 days we stayed there.

The breakfast room/restaurant has a bright and cheerful vibe to it. The quality of the breakfast was surprisingly good. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. There are a number of nice pubs and restaurants close to the hotel.

The bathroom . It was very badly maintained. The shower curtains were always wet and every time we used the shower , the wash basin the wet curtains would brush through our body. Also the shower was not operating well. Water would spill till the basin and the bathroom door. The water will clog near the bathroom wash basin and it gets uncomfortable to dry yourself

One of the things which is absolutely irritating while staying in a hotel is getting calls before the check out time asking "when checking out when checking out".

Although the hotel has been recently upgraded it is neat and clean. I got upgraded to a room near the roadside which is a plus. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff at the restaurant were super friendly. One thing I found totally weird and funny was the configuration of the bathroom.

Cleanness and Afsar are biggest challenge in the hotel premisses. No smile face, always in atitude and no politness. Ridiculous behavior.. I not even prefer to talk such ... He is good for nothing.

Nandita and Sunaina on reception is lifeline of Ginger IRR they both are super active. They have super sharp focus on detailing ...!! They both intern work hard to earn respect.

Toilet commode was placed at such an awkward place that a 6 feet person like me could not even sit there. the place wasn't enough for me to sit. This is a brand hotel and still such an architectural mistake?

The room given was very small and the toilets were not clean The kettle was not working when asked for another one it was not provided on time and the stay was not comfortable not up to the expectation as stay in Ginger as I had one more stay at aurangabad in Ginger it was very nice neat n clean

we checked in at 4 and the room was still not ready and hence they gave a old room . asked for a queen bed while booking but they gave two single bed joined . the washroom was uncomfortable and no towels.

I hated the stay at the hotel, the staff went inside my room without ringing the bell or knocking the door with another guest at night 1AM where i was with my friend having dinner! No freaking action was taken from there team, they only apologised in the morning! I never expected this kinda behaviour and service from these kinda hotels!!

Highest marks for cleanliness and hygiene. Everyday they used to replace clean bedsheets. The staff is very professional and supportive. Value for money. Breakfast was also good with many options.
