The staff at breakfast/dinner, always on top of you every few mins and different people come to you and makes it confusing when you’ve already ordered from someone else. I understand that they were caring and just being good but I think that there should be one dedicated waitron so that nothing gets confused and avoid becoming irritating when there are several people seeing to your needs. Also, I had booked a massage but really didn’t enjoy it as much as I thought, in fact I came out of there more in pain than when I went in, and requested for medium to gentle pressure. Almost felt like it was a repeated action throughout the body and very rough. Overall, it’s a beautiful place that just needs some TLC in certain areas, especially for a 5 star hotel.

Very spacious and relaxing atmosphere to meet and chat leisurely in different stylish opulent surrounding within each areas little brocade.

Amazing helpful staff in every way starting from reception to catering (not forgetting Vishnu who taught us how to make Indian chai)! and the room service staff too. Service always with a smile 😃😃

The property and location was very good. The hospitality team right through to catering team and cleaning staff were all amazing and greeted us with a smile and ready to help in every way. A wonderful team of people taking care of their visitors with a smile. We shall certainly recommend this place to our friends and family.

The only downside for me is not super major : my first room service order was completely wrong, I mean I'm not super picky but come on. And it sounded like I was annoying whoever was on the phone with my requests... Not so great.

Smooth check in and check out, staff really responsive and friendly. Spotless room, bed sooo comfortable, swimming pool sort of hidden behind trees (so pretty). Great business stay. Special shoutout to Utsav :)

Wonderful stay, great breakfast, comfy rooms, very attentive staff. Huge thanks to: Hemaben on reception - always smiling and ready to help. Monikaben our housekeeper - kept our rooms lovely. Vinod at breakfast - always making sure we have our chai topped up. Bidishaben at breakfast - always looking after us.
