The hotel was clean and the installations were new. The staff was extremely polite and helping. As a foreign woman, I felt very safe and comfortable there. Everything was good: clean, new, the bed was comfortable, nothing was broken, they offered good sample sized shampoos, soap, lotion, conditioner, chilled drinking water and non spicy meals.

The only thing missing is the in house restaturant , if the same is taken care in near future it will make it a complete hotel.

Room is very clean. Facilities are comparable to any good western hotels. Bed is very comfortable. Staffs are very polite and helpful. My room didn't have any window. So no daylight, same like many ibis hotel room. Breakfast is decent. They have in hotel kitchen and room delivery, but slightly pricey. I didn't try much, but menue looked good. Main markets and attractions are nearby, can be visited by Tuktuk, metro, or by walking. (Tuktuk driver, although not from hotel; can try to take you to their known shops, rather than where you wanted to visit.)

You get more than what you pay for! Was there for a night and I love hotel stays that are hygienic with basic amenities. It is a newly renovated space so that's a bonus with their upkeep. Staff is super friendly and location is perfect as it is at walking distance from Lucknow station (both junction and Charbagh). For local travel, Hussain Ganj metro station is few metres from the hotel. So 10/10 for me.

Shame it did not have a restaurant but places v near by to eat if you don’t want to travel to.

Great room at the back, the staff were really helpful. Room service was good and our room was a good size. We booked a room with balcony but got one at the back without but kept it as it was quieter. Metro is just across the road and most autorickshaw drivers low it or at least the metro stop name.

Ideally located next to the metro station - same line as from Airport. Staff fantastic and friendly and helpful. If anything was missing we just had to ask. A truly great place for a few days in Lucknow.

I had a really great stay at Hotel Ganga Maiya! The location is absolutely perfect, right near Lucknow Junction station and close to great shopping spots, making it super convenient whether you're traveling or just exploring the city. What really stood out to me was the staff, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and effortless. It’s not always easy to find such genuine hospitality, but they nailed it! For the price, I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but this hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were comfortable, the service was great, and the overall experience was way better than I anticipated. If you're looking for a budget-friendly stay in Lucknow without compromising on comfort and convenience, I’d definitely recommend this place. Would love to stay here again!
