Not all staff understand English that well, which makes communicating sometimes a bit difficult.

The best thing of the hotel is the private access to the Ganga. The private ghat is just perfect. Rooms are clean with a comfy bed. View of the Ganga is very nice to have, staff is friendly and accomodating.

Wish rooms were little bigger, wardrobe a bit bigger, more balconies, otherwise it is a beautiful place to relax!

The welcoming staff, excellent food, nice rooms, spa and the private Ganga Ghat , Panditji who does Arti and puja , all these bring us back to Rishikesh and Ganga kinare again and again!

The family room has just one wash room, where are pictures were stating two. However despite this we enjoyed the stay as the staff made us comfortable and the location is excellent. Breakfast can be better.

The food was poor, the restaurant service worse. You would ask for a drink eg coke and they would bring a can but no glass. None of the restaurant staff smiled.

Loved the location. Much quieter and on a beautiful spot by the river. The private ghat was perfect. It made going for a ‘dip’ so easy. It was a 2 km walk along a lovely walkway by the river to one of the larger ghat yo watch the Aarti. The reception staff were friendly & helpful Netflix to watch on tv was a bonus. Room was ok and bathroom fine.

Beautiful hotel , loved the yoga, private ghat & spa. Easy to get taxi, near restaurants if you wish to eat out, short walk to Treveni Ghat, nice promenade right in Ganga, spectacular view. Good value airport transfer. Excellent staff couldn’t do enough for you.

While the hotel offers good amenities for guests, I strongly advise all foreigners or anyone hiring rental cars with drivers to avoid booking this hotel. Unlike most establishments in India, this hotel shows no courtesy or decency toward drivers. Despite charging hefty amounts for their services, they fail to provide even basic food or accommodation for the drivers accompanying their guests. This practice of taking care of drivers is a well-established tradition across India, even in hotels with prices 10 times lower than this one. It’s shameful and highly inconsiderate for such a high-end hotel to disregard this. If you value kindness and hospitality, look elsewhere.

Rooms need updating. This did appear to be happening in the rooms around me. Which meant I had to endure the strong smell of paint inc varnish and gloss and noise of hammering. I probably should have complained but was out most of the day. The breakfast is pretty poor generally. Although a great location for the view, it’s quite far out of the centre and main parts of Rishīkesh.

Lovely peaceful location with views of the Ganges and mountains. Front of house were great. Overall the hotel had a lovely feel to it and I enjoyed the atmosphere.
