We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaActually quite a few things. The sink in the room was blocked and I had to call them to fix it. The Room didn't have toilet paper restocked. The tv didn't have reception the whole stay. The room itself hade a weried setup for bathroom. I've had better stays than this for the price you pay here. Unfortunately could do better. The rooms are pretty small.
