Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaOur stay at the Radisson was nothing short of amazing! The chefs outdid themselves — breakfasts on both days were absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. A special thanks to Ankit from the dining staff, whose hospitality and warm smile made every meal even better. The reception staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Morning team: Anita, Komal, Akansha, and Ritu — your warmth and efficiency made check-ins and queries a breeze. Night team: Priya (in the red saree), whom i interacted with during check in— your outstanding service and caring nature truly stood out. From the food to the hospitality, everything exceeded expectations. A truly memorable stay — can’t wait to return!

Had a wonderful stay at Radisson Sohna from 21st to 22nd June. Huge thanks to the team for the thoughtful room arrangements – the cake, flowers, and towel swans were a lovely surprise. Special appreciation to Miss Komal at reception for her kind assistance, and to Trainee Mohit and Yatin for their dedication and excellent service in the restaurant and bar. Your efforts truly made my stay memorable. Looking forward to visiting again!

Indiain the room I stayed the walls were peeling. the AC had issues which had to be fixed after my complaint. the room size I felt is small. all the star hotels bath has a common problem i.e. in the bath area there are no stools to sit and being a 64 old ap person how do I reach my leg to apply soap. yes, I didn't ask for one here but in other places normally I get a negative reply.

United StatesThe food was just OK. We ordered mutton, and we got mostly fat, bones, and gristle. Very little actual meat. I also feel the price was a bit high for our room. The breakfast staff were slow to clean up and places were not properly set between meals.

United KingdomThe reception seems to be lack luster in my opinion. Staff behind the reception are pleasant & polite, so no problems there. But I was not impressed with the sari-clad walking pencils that posed as welcome staff. Beyond a pleasing welcoming smile I failed to illicit their purpose. On one occasion I tried to get the attention of one of them - 3 times & every time she acknowledged & then ignored. In the end her supervisor came over. The hotel is fairly old, & the room furniture seems a bit pre-dated & clunky. Breakfast menus is good but a bit boring. Service seems variable. Most days the staff are in-different, occasionally - like last Friday morning they were all over me. Must have had a bollocking the previous day. Location is not so good. There doesn't seem to be much in the vicinity. You'll need to order an Uber to get anywhere.
Room Service - Very good. Fast order service. Down load the PDF, look at the extensive menu, then order. It's delivered hot to your room. There is a wide selection from the extensive menus & it is deliciously prepared by the chef. The portions are generous & very tasty. Enjoyed every meal - do try the malia chicken kebab - melts n your mouth. Well done chef. During my long 2 week stay I went out only twice for meals.
