It was very near to the beach, which we were actually expecting.. Good place to stay with kids. Friendly and helpful staffs. Compact n comfortable room. Church, Beach, Princess Street, Restaurants were all in a walkable distance. Could visit beach during day and night times.

The location was amazing so close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The breakfast was freshly made to order and plentiful. The room and balcony area were a good size and at the back of the hotel which was very peaceful. The lady on the reception desk was so helpful going out of her way to arrange all our day trips for the short time we were staying. Overall a great experience, great value for money and would highly recommend a stay here and would certainly revisit.

Anything like taking away the full ashtray and cleaning my balcony from leftovers from the previous people, Toiletpaper mosquito blog wifi I had to ask several times until I finally got it. The excuse was that they got new staff. Nobody had time or intrest to give me advice where to go...which direction to walk or anything else. Very dissapointing as usually I felt everywhere in India very welcome and taken care off.

The place is clean the beds are comfortable. And the location is perfect. Scrambled eggs where very good for breakfast, as nobody showed or communicated a breakfast menue I ate what I got. Communication all together is poor.

The room was small; shower was hot but not powerful so it took some time to shower properly; breakfast was at the restaurant/cafe next to door and food choice was limited n u could have one of two options; fruit was great!

View from balcony was of a water tank. Lots of mosquitoes in the room despite keeping the doors and windows closed. We were bitten in that room more than anywhere during our whole trip in India. Some places we stayed in, especially near the beach, provided mosquito repelling plug-ins in the rooms so I'd suggest doing that, particularly as they seem to have already taken up residence in the room before our arrival. We personally would have preferred breakfast earlier than 8/8.30. I would avoid the shop next door: my partner was taken advantage of and bought faulty items which he complained about. The retailer was allowed to come into the hotel, knock on our door and pressure my partner into paying for repairs for the items which were faulty on purchase. On complaining to the hotel reception, a senior member of staff went to speak to the retailer so hopefully such things won't happen again.

Staff were generally helpful and breakfast was ok. Bed comfortable and reasonable size room with working air-con. Good location for seeing Fort Kochi area with lots of restaurants and sights nearby.

The plug sockets were intermittent making it difficult to charge phones,laptops etc.

The staff at the hotel are very helpful, Ann gave me tips and information for the local area, and arranged an airport pick up and a very good driver for my next destination. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel is located in a perfect quiet place, 2 mins from the beach, and a few mins walk to the main streets of Fort Kochi. There is a great restaurant attached serving a good breakfast and delicious food at other times of the day.

Location..not as close to the beach as we wanted. No kettle or proper glasses and cups in the room.Toileteries should have been provided.

Great location, close to everything in Fort Kochi. Staff is accommodating and helpful--they helped arrange a boat tour of the Alleppey backwaters, plus a driver to get us there. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant is tasty and very filling. Also, good AC and fans in the rooms.

No fault of the hotels, but barking dogs throughout the night resulted in two very poor sleeps.

The American breakfast was a bit disappointing. Nothing in the omelette. Had to wait a long while ( until after the food) to get a cup of coffee.
