I really enjoyed to stay at Fortis Homestay,it was very clean and easy to get to the center of Kochi. The owner was very helpful. She helpt me to get train/bustickets,tuktuk Tour,moneychanging,......Very good omellette for breakfast!

Really reasonable property - this was our second stay after a few days in the backwaters. Be aware that rooms differ quite substantially for the same price - this time we stayed in a much bigger, brighter one, which we welcomed. Tasty breakfast and kind, helpful owners.

Wasn’t sure what to expect for a budget room but it was everything you need, I struggled with the firm mattress but everyone else in our party slept well

Little bit further out from the centre but still plenty of lovely spots 15 mins or so away. Would really recommend Let’s Kimchi nearby. Rooms do vary considerably in size for the same price.

Lovely little home stay with basic but comfortable rooms and super kind staff. We would definitely stay here again (and did when we came back for another night in Kochi before our flight). Would recommend.

This was the first time we stayed at a Keralan homestay. This is a simple, clean and tidy place. The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to help us, especially with local advice for restaurants, transport and tours. They arranged a backwater trip and went out of their way to help us get onward train reservations. This is only 5 mins in a TukTuk to Princess St.

Don't expect any luxury, it's a simple, clean, well run homestay.

Great location, clean rooms. Friendly owners. This is an ideal budget home stay. If you are planning to be out exploring Fort Kochin. Plenty of parking if you are in a self drive rental.

I personally don't love the Indian bathroom/wet room and prefer to have a separate shower, but can't complain as it's pretty standard across India. Wifi was a little patchy at times.

Good clean basic rooms. Comfy beds. AC. Hot showers. Good value. 20 min walk to Fort Kochi. It does the job if you're looking for a basic, good value room. Staff were friendly + helpful - secured me a great deal for my next ride to Munnar.

There was only one socket in the room which meant a little juggling to charge phone, toothbrush and camera batteries but not really an issue and if I'd asked, I'm sure the hosts would have allowed me to use a socket elsewhere.

I stayed here for a week and never felt less than totally safe ( important to me as a solo woman in her sixties). Breakfasts were good and the bed was supremely comfortable. The premises were clean and the walk into town, which took about 15 minutes, safe and straightforward with plenty of tuk tuks for a quick ride back if needed. The hosts could not have been kinder or more welcoming and knowing I was nervous about my taxi on the day of departure, they even arranged for it to be a little early. Very reliable wifi too and overall, excellent value.I would definitely recommend.

Bit of a trek to sights but this was not really a problem as tuk tuks were plentiful.

Friendly and helpful. Comfortable and quiet. This place comes highly recommended.
