The hospitality and the location of the room is the best. I really loved the views from the room. The food they provided was also good. It was a very pleasant stay. Loved every bit of it.

Do not forget to make your choice including the Breakfast option. Since the resort charges INR 350/- per head as additional charges it is not worth paying so much.

Excellent location and the view from the Balcony is beautiful. Food is made to order and the kitchen is so hygienic that we can visit the kitchen and see cooking. The food is very tasty and the price is also reasonable. WiFi facility is available in each room and the network is excellent. Power Backup is available for emergency power shutdown. The staff is very polite and friendly.

Lunch was great. Staff were all very nice.

Everything was good and staff and food were nice , just a recommendation that the toilet seat looks worn out and due for replacement, also the exhaust sound was very loud and there was a strong smell of disinfectant.

The location is a bit secluded. We struggled to get to other places on the sunday as it seemed there weren't many taxi drivers around

The location was beautiful. We spent a lot of time sitting on our balcony, watching birds and looking at the scenery. The staff were are incredibly friendly and efficient. Staff booked a sunrise jeep ride for us. This was a great experience and took us to many of the nearby sites of natural beauty. Food at the hotel was also great

Nice big accommodation but lacking in air con which made the rooms feel a bit damp at times. The food that was made for us was really nice and tasty but eating in the hotel restaurant felt a bit impersonal and like a school canteen and not relaxed and like you could spend an evening chilling out and having a leisurely dinner - no alcohol on offer which wasn’t a problem but there wasn’t much choice to drink. Breakfast would have been better is it wasn’t buffet style and you ordered so it was lovely and hot and exactly what you wanted. Not much else to do in the area unless you took the organised tours.

Lovely property set up in the hills with beautiful views and very quiet. Nice big spacious accommodation and friendly very helpful staff who are arranged a couple of jeep tours which were great fun. Plenty of tea and coffee and water in the rooms which was great and morning was too much trouble.

We recently stayed at Falcon Crest as a newly married couple, and it was an unforgettable experience! The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and maintained to perfection. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable – their helpfulness was truly commendable. One of the highlights of our trip was the Jeep Safari they arranged for us, which added a sense of adventure to our relaxing getaway. The serene and tranquil ambiance of the property left us feeling completely calm and rejuvenated. Falcon Crest is not only a beautiful place to stay but also incredibly safe, which made our trip worry-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat amidst nature! The staff were quite helpful, provided a warm and welcoming service with attention to deatils . The management group including Abhijeet and Ritun were particularly impressive and they tried their best to look after our needs . Mohan, one of the staff members even went out his way to help when our car battery was down. We shall be back .

This is an exceptional property connected with Mother Nature , relaxing , mesmerising, it was overall a great trip on stay , food , travel , jeep safari and nature connect place not to miss . Want to call out Rithun Raj who organised the trip with attention to details , Ajeesh joseph and Abhijit who made our stay comfortable and the entire kitchen staff - soce joch , mohan lama , darasing, ganesh who made our stay memorable with food delights in local flavours
