Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United Arab EmiratesWe didn't like the amenities available for use in the washroom. Though it's meant to imply eco friendly and reusable products, such as the in built 2 in 1 shampoo and body lotion, we didn't get the hotel feel. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. The foods lacked flavour, I gave suggestion regarding the same on the day we had our breakfast. The switch of the lights to the hallway mirror is far from reach and nearer to the beds. As a personal suggestion, it would be great if a switch was available near the mirror for feasibility
The front office staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful with all our requests. We had insulin, which required refrigeration, and they happily complied. We were also given the option to keep our luggage in the lobby, which helped us finish up our shopping. The bed is so comfortable and one of the best beds to sleep in. The room temperature was also adequately cool. We only stayed for a day and had the best sleep. The long mirror in front of the entrance of the room is really good In the complimentary breakfast, we only enjoyed the omlete and filter coffee

SingaporeThe washroom needs renovation. The lighting arrangement in room needs attention. The room service is slow. The carpets in lobbies have become old and needs replacement. However both Ashwini and Deepak are trying to improve the situation.They are gradually renovating washrooms and lighting in rooms. It is work in progress. I hope that situation would improve during my next stay.
