We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IndiaI need to say so many things... 1) Not clean, pictures shown in the booking.com site are completely wrong. 2) Hot water is available only when you throw out 60 litres of water, It's a big joke as we always say save water. 3) In the booking site they will mention Late check In availability as an offer, If you request for early check In or Late Check out, it is chargeable. Not at all understand what the benefit of the customer is with late check-in. 4) Most of the time power failure, Due to these issues the lift is not working. 5) If you book the room through booking.com even if you select a room with last minute cancellation, From Fab hotel management send a payment link to pay advance.
Staff at reception ( Mr.Sathish) were nice and polite.

United StatesDid not like anything. The hotel seemed very unsafe. The first room had no way to lock from the inside. I asked to switch rooms and the other room they showed smelled of cigarette smoke. We are non smokers and had a headache and no sleep due to this. The facility was dark and dingy. Avoid at all cost

IndiaAbsolutely the Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Complete Scam & Zero Responsibility from Staff! I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at FabHotel Prime Royal Castle. I initially booked through Booking.com, but was contacted directly by someone claiming to be from the hotel, who insisted I cancel my original booking and rebook directly with them for a “better deal.” Big mistake. Upon arriving at midnight, tired after travel, we were asked for ID and verification, which we provided. Suddenly, they quoted a price much higher than the agreed amount, and the person who facilitated the direct booking completely stopped responding. The partial amount I had already paid was not acknowledged, and the staff had the audacity to say they couldn’t help and just stood there blankly with zero accountability. When I asked for an explanation, all they did was hand over a helpline number that never worked. Their promise of “a callback in 10 minutes” was a total lie – no one ever called back. We were left stranded at midnight, without a place to stay, with no transport options, and were forced to scramble to another hotel at our own cost and effort. This place is a fraud, with highly unprofessional staff, and a completely unreliable booking process. I was cheated, misled, and treated with utter disregard, especially during the night when support is most needed. If you value your time, money, and safety – DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, not through Booking.com, not directly, not at all. Avoid at all costs. One star is too generous.

EstoniaThe down part was that I got the booking confirmed, but the payment was supposed to happen when I got there. I wrote to them that I will come by that time and pay then, but still the hotel was sold out by the time I got there and I had to start to search for a new place to stay.
