While booking the rooms I had selected the option with breakfast. But in the conformation it was excluded and the resort was charging a huge amount for the breakfast, which prompted us to vacate the resort by 8:00 AM. Reception employees were not friendly.

Acces roads to the property is very bad. Actually there were no roads leading to the property, only kind of make shift roads

Facilities were excellent, breakfast was excellent, lot of varieites. Only one restaurant but serves the purpose very nicely. sports activities and facilities were available and well equipped.

The pool was a bit run down, tiles missing from the pool. Spa was a bit old and bathrooms could do with modernising.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to make it a comfortable stay. Beautiful tropical gardens. Great food and Ayurvedic spa.

The billing department messed up the room pricing and after we had paid and checked out they were very sneaky in authorising another payment without my consent . This was very annoying and I spent a lot of time back and forth with them to why / what had happened .

The hotel has facilities for conference and large work groups... it can get busy and noisy.

Food was excellent. Buffet selection of food was vast and extensive. The swimming pools are well maintained and very clean. The rooms were very clean.

I had an excellent stay at the resort. The facilities were top-notch, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the amenities were superb. However, the only downside was the condition of the approach road, which could use some improvement. Despite this, I highly recommend the resort for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

In 412, when ever the shower door open I have to negotiate with the towel hanger/ placing location., if we accidentally open the shower door to hard it can spoil or destroy the shower room glass partition. Please relocate the shower area towel placing location in the bathrooms

The place very calm and serene with amazing rooms. We stayed at pool villa and the property was really clean with a clean private pool. The room was very aesthetic. The food was delicious . The ambience of the restaurant was remarkable with live music and all the staff were really helpful .A friendly face to remember was Mr. Salim , a very positive person who he drove us to the property and back. We would definitely go back again . Recommended for anyone looking for cutting off from a day of stress.
