Not so fresh stock at the bar, juice boxes were burst open making other cans sticky. Coffee/milk powder sachets in the room were stale and some were found broken.

Breakfast spread was pretty basic.

From check in to check out everything went smooth and there isn't any hassle. The hotel is very conveniently located in Lonavala near State transport bus stand. Rooms were neat and clean with all the necessary amenities. The food at the restaurant was nice. The only issue we had is during the breakfast - pohas(flattened rice) were stale. But when we brought it to notice the staff immediately changed it and made the fresh preparation. Overall we lived our stay at Enrise by Sayaji Lonavala

The dining hall / restaurant is NOT A PEACEFUL place due to the open Kitchen concept. The noise from the kitchen is VERY LOUD...Cooking noises, Utensils banging, staff chatting. And to top it all there is loud music playing. I went there twice once for dinner and then for B/F. And both times it was too noisy and not a place to wind down and eat or drink. (The bar / restaurant are the same place) When I went there for B/F One of the service staff was lounging around and completely immersed in his smart phone. The B/F Idlis were BAD absolutely dry and hard. Very unpalatable.

The rooms are well appointed and clean. The room was the best part of this hotel. The location is nice, quiet and neat tucked away in one of the inner lanes of lonavala. But just a stones throw away from the main market.

Non veg was not served in the buffets since there was a conference group who were veg. That became inconvenient esp. during meals like lunch and dinner.

beer collection seems restricted to corona to get value for money appreciate having more options unless you intentionally discourage or if you ran out the staff should have bothered to arrange on request anyways thats my feedback

Lunch/dinner serving & preparation at the restaurant is too slow. The service is very slow.

The breakfast was utterly disappointing. Rock solid idlis, raw uttapams, burnt sevai upma, dry poha and tasteless paneer paratha. The service manager should be taking notes of orders on the live counter. This was not at all managed.

The waitress who took our food order goofed up with it so had to eat food just to fill our tummy.Could not relish what we ordered. The restaurant manager just waived off Rs 100 from bill which was not enough.
