Poor ventilation in bathrooms meant smaller rooms felt damp.

Rooms very clean,and good size, beds comfortable (firm mattress(. Nice communal sitting area outside rooms with fridge. Very accomodating host allowed us to upgrade rooms when my daughter had an allergic response to damp imould in one of the bathrooms. The largest room with two big beds and 3 balconies score full marks!

May be climbing up/down the exposed stairs. When it rains, we need to be extra careful as it can become slippery. We were able to manage though but could be a problem for others. This is a minor inconvenience though as everything else meets expectation.

Everything - The location, the room, the kindness. Sangeetha was a good host. She made sure we had a comfortable stay and always helped us when asked for.

A new guesthouse with spacious and comfortable rooms. It was nice and quiet for the duration of our stay. The chilled water available in the fridge and coffee/tea supplies was a much appreciated addition.

Chose this place due to the good reviews and it definitely lives up to them. We had a triple room which was spacious and had a small balcony, ensuite and effective aircon - which was definitely needed in the April heat. The family who run it are friendly and helpful, providing cold bottled water every day and happily booked us a taxi to the railway station. The location however is the best aspect, it is 11 out of 10, within walking distance of all the sights and places to eat in Fort Kochi. We would 100% choose to stay here again.

The host is super kind, building really clean and airy and the room was spacious, high ceiling and super comfortable with a little balcony. We could have stayed here for longer. Location is perfect for fort kochi exploring! Would book again.

Elza's Fort Inn is located right in the middle of Fort Kochi, which make it perfect for exploring the Fort. The host was very sweet and helpful! The room was pretty basic and not super clean, but all in all we had a good stay!

The lady owner was nice and helpful but her english was not the best. No breakfast but this was not a real problem as there are plenty of eating places nearby. I would advise against doing the canal tour which is offered by the lodging and probably every other lodging in the area. It was really poor value I felt.

The room was large and nicely decorated, very peaceful and drinking water was provided free of charge. Great location once you get your bearings. There was a problem with the air conditioning but the lady owner was very fair when I asked for a discount.

Everything was so clean and perfectly ready for us. We were a group of three and made to feel very accommodated and welcomed into the place. It was easy organised and hassle free!

Location is great, walking distance to everything like tourist spots, beach, shopping, resturants but quiet plcace in Fortnagar. Big room with shared spcaces, cold water,coffee, tea provided in common area. The owner is very helpful and friendly, quick response when we ask anythings in the massage box or whatsapp. She arranged our airport transfer, cap for city transfer cities and booked train tickets for us,

I think they could up their game on quantity and quality of furnishings. The existing furnishings are very inexpensive and sparse.

Elzas Fort Inn was clean, comfortable and located at a walking distance to several tourist spots. The best part is that it was that it was tucked away in a quiet spot of otherwise busy and vibrant Fort Kochi. Important to highlight here that the mattresses here were a welcome change from all the bouncy hotel mattresses, which we liked the best. I also had a chance to speak to Sangeetha ji and Biju ji, they were cordial, helpful and readily provided everything that we needed. Would highly recommend this property.
