IndiaSince the hotel had many reviews from international travellers, I went there hoping to use my international debit card, but it didn't work, and I was left with no option but to withdraw cash. I'd recommend international travellers with international bank cards to first check if their card would be accepted before booking, should they not want to find themselves in my shoes, i.e., pulling cash and paying ATM transaction fees.
A warm and very hospitable hotel staff. The room was quite spacious and had a terrific view of the Vellangiri mountains in the distance. The room also had a work table and a large king sized bed, making my work trip very comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate with modern and clean equipment.

IndiaCar parking was little difficult for big cars. It has no restaurant, but they charge with breakfast. Then they coupon to have breakfast from annapoorna. Not everyone will like it but overall the food is good as we know. For me it wasn’t a big deal but prior information while booking would have been good

MaldivesThe staff are very helpful. This was my first trip to Coinbatore, and I arrived at 1 in the midnight after 16 hours of travel. The staff not only welcomed me with a big smile, but also took me the closest, and then opened restaurent. The staff cared me and my son so that we feel home like. Moreover, I happened to meet some of their management team members, and I believe their junior staff learn respecting and helpfulness from them. I had a great experience. Well done, brothers and sisters.

IndiaFor breakfast which was added to the room, we had to go outside of the hotel which was around 500 to 600 meters away from the room. Also the service in the restaurant was bit bad. Instead they can mention while booking the room saying breakfast not inhouse and need to go out for the same.
