Distance to old city center was to far to walk. Needed a tuk tuk. 10 minutes. No good restaurant nearby. Bit not a real problem.

Ecasa is a fantastic place to stay, for a short or longer period as I did — the wifi is awesome and it is super clean; The great Mr JC is the king of hosts, very kind and attentive. The AC is excellent and the whole place is solar powered — key Kochin attractions are a 7-10 minute tuktuk ride away and these cost around 60 rupees or 100 if you order by Uber (little more than $1). What’s more, I was able to have one-to-one yoga classes with a delightful young expert. For foodies, head to Fort Ayurveda and try their fried egg appam for breakfast by the sea — really chilled vibe. Pandhal Cafe is delightful though the service can v slow. Recommend the aubergine Tofu curry and you can also get fried eggs with a side of humous. For hit of protein — beef, chicken, goat head to the outstanding Kaasa, killer flavours. The of course there is the outstanding Fusion Bay - always busy after 7pm so book.

We stayed in the suite and it was perfect for us! Each of us had our own bedroom but a shared kitchen and living area. By far, though, the best part of staying at eCasa is the superhost JC. Friendly, caring, with tons of ideas on what to do in Kochi and super well connected. JC is awesome!

Recently spent a wonderful week at eCASA, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was exactly as described - clean, stylish, and comfortable - and exceeded my expectations in every way. The bedroom and the lounge were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom facilities were spotless and well-appointed. Just loved the ambiance, which was tasteful and inviting. What truly made my stay special was the attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the space. The host has clearly put a lot of effort into creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. The location was also perfect, I could easily explore the area and return to my cozy retreat for some well-deserved rest. Jijimon was an excellent host, responding promptly to my messages and providing helpful recommendations for the area. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and charming place to stay, I highly recommend eCASA. It's a true gem, and I can't wait to return!

ECASA is an incredible home stay and has everything you need. This space would be great for families or groups traveling together as the joint dining room and kitchen is soo well done/clean/perfect for groups. JC was an attentive and caring host who was going above and beyond to make sure my stay was all worthwhile. So it’s a clean, open, homely and safe environment mixed with a host who makes sure you’re more than comfortable, what else could you ask for? Oh wait, that’s right… it’s also soo so sooooooo incredibly cheap. Usually there’s something not entirely ideal with a place that cheap, but eCASA had absolutely nothing wrong with it. It’s less than a 5min rickshaw to Jew Town and has everything you need around it. JC will help you organise a rickshaw if you need. JC, thank you for time and kindness while I stayed. I’ll be back to eCASA asap and this time, with a large group.

I selected this homestay at very short notice due to the fact that I am chronically disorganised. However I am so pleased that I chose eCASA. The room was extremely comfortable with a super bed and unfailing AC (thank god), the shower was excellent, the WIFI was perfect throughout the property and the common areas were incredibly inviting. The property is maintained spotlessly throughout (shout out to the housekeeper). However the best thing about eCASA was the host JC. He could not be more accommodating and nothing was ever too much trouble. It genuinely felt like I was a special guest in his home and he is the perfect example of Keralan hospitality. I will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend friends and family to do so as well. Well done JC and eCASA. ❤️

The only minus is that taxis have some trouble finding the property's . It is in a secured neighborhood at the end of the alley.

It is little away from the main tourist area. But just 75 rupees away. Good thing is that it is quiet and could get good night sleep. Bad thing is that u have to walk out to get cab to get anything to eat

Location is a bit inward, but it shouldn't be an issue if you are planning to roam around. Also bigger cars might struggle a bit in the last small stretch of road.

I've been stayed in a lot of places, and only once in a while the photos shows the reality. But eCASA is really what's shown in the pics. Very neat, good rooms and ambience. I have to mention JC as well. He is maintaining the place good and is very well mannered.
